Terrible service, room falling apart When me and my three children showed up at 8:45pm, we were given the key to our room and when we got there, it was still trashed from the previous occupant. We went back to front desk, they were not able to clean it and they had no other rooms available for us. A very kind and generous gentleman in the lobby offered us his room. When we got there, the main light wasn’t working and the door stopper was falling off (I need it to stop my kids from escaping). The faucet was loose, the bathroom door stopper had punctured a hole in the door, and the alarm clock made an awful noise when plugged in. I have videos too but it only let me upload photos. It also didn’t have enough beds compared to the room I had initially booked. Prior to our arrival I had called the front desk for 3 days trying get ahold of someone to change my reservation. I should’ve seen this as a foreshadowing. I will never stay here again.

Keep Driving! Awful stay! We had a suite (314). Upon arrival the staff was slow and rude, I guess this should have been my first clue. We had 5 people in our room. No extra pillows or towels that I requested. The floor was GROSS! The bathroom is so small that the door hits the toilet. We could get the remote to work in the bedroom. I called the front desk, they indicated that the "eye" sometimes falls behind the tv and told me to locate it and call back if I couldn't find it. We had to pull the dresser out and fish behind the tv, which was dusty and gross. We finally got that to work. Then the light wasn't working. I had to call the front desk again to figure out how to turn the thing on and off. Then the remote in the front room was working We head already fished out the eye for that one. I had to go to the front desk with the remote. The girl put batteries in and asked me to try again. I get back upstairs and it doesn't work. I figured out that she put the batteries in backwards!!! Then the shower would not get hot. I called down to the front desk again and was told the faucet "might be backwards". She said to put it on cold. The tub was stained and gross. You shouldn't have to put up with all of this when traveling. I was supposed to be relaxing and instead I was stressed out. The front desk staff could care less what your issues are. The second day there was an AWFUL odor downstairs. It smelled like sewer and bad food. It continued all day. Nobody ever confirmed what it was. I have been trying to contact the hotel to make a formal complaint and nobody calls me back. They also forced a charge onto a card that I cancelled after I made the reservation. I provided them with a new card and they never used it! I am beyond upset at the entire experience.

Excellent Clean! The hotel smelled, looked and felt cleaner than any we have stayed in, all brands included. The front desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating, the bed was comfortable, room was quiet and above all it was clean. This experience has prompted us to look for Country Inn & Suites on future travels

Avoid this hotel... My husband and I stayed at this hotel last night (room 312). The room was extremely dirty. My husband had walked on the floor in his bare feet for a brief period of time and his feet were black. Visible dirt on floors and in bathroom. Full length mirror hadn't been cleaned in weeks/months. Could wipe the dirt off with your fingers. After a long day of travel this was definitely not a good experience. No one at the desk at 7:00 in the morning to speak to - just a sign on the counter saying they were unavailable. This hotel needs to be accountable to it's customers.

Nice room with jacuzzi tub We decided to treat ourselves to a king room with jacuzzi tub in our room. We were not disappointed. It was a nice big room with everything we needed. Small fridge and microwave. The bed was very comfortable. Extra towels were nice with the jacuzzi tub. There was also a regular tub/shower in the bathroom. The breakfast had a good selection. We had eggs, sausage and potatoes. Pastries, bread, waffles, yogurt and fruit also provided. There is a Starbucks right beside and restaurants across the street. At busy times of day it’s very difficult to make a left hand turn out of the road as you can’t exit at the lights. We stayed as a mid point coming home from Florida. We would consider staying here again if in the area.
