Manager is insane!!!!!!!!! We had a group of 6 motorcycles that booked 5 rooms on 6/20/24. When we arrived, the lady at the front desk was very nice, and due to the weather, offered to move the two cars parked under the front awning, and allow us to park our motorcycles there for the night. She said the office staff could watch them for us and it would keep them out of the rain. After booking the rooms, we all left for dinner. When we returned, we parked under the awning just as she had allowed us to do, and even tried parking to either side to allow for cars to continue to pull between us, if needed. I heard a lady hollering at one of the other guys from a room upstairs telling him to shut off his bike because it was too loud and it woke her up. He told her we had permission from the front desk to park there and she continued screaming that she was the manager and that she would come down to the lobby to take care of it. When she came down, she acted very unprofessional by screaming and cursing the group, even while the lady at the front desk tried to calm her and tell her that she was the one that gave us permission to park there. At this time, I told her I wanted a refund and would stay somewhere else. She then told us to leave and that she would not refund us, and then instructed her husband, who was upstairs leaning over the railing filming this interaction, to call the other hotels in the area and warn them. I told her I would not leave without a refund and she threatened to call the police, which I agreed might be a good thing for her to do, so she did. I told her a few times to go back to her room and calm down, which she replied back by calling me an fuc*ing redneck and telling us that we were a biker gang. When the police arrived, they told me that they get called there by her often and that she is a "repeat customer" and then told us of another hotel that was in a better area for us to go to. For the record, Maria Saucedo is this manager I speak of because I watched her flip the "manager on duty" sign around during her rant. Also, our "gang" included a 50 year old preacher and his son, a 72 year old retired man and his wife, and the rest of us, all whom go to church together and nowhere resemble a bike gang. Patron beware!

Owners and managers dislike the disabled They treated this disabled veteran and his service dog like crap. Even said they were videoing me because I complained rationally about their ineffective check-in/check-out procedure with Wyatt Rewards. Pathetic place to stay.

crazy manager Crazy manager that brags about the sheriff's department being her personal service that will do whatever she tells them to and while she's not working she walks around the hallway harassing people and making up lies so she can get her sad way. Pretty sad living in a hotel claiming the sherrif department works for you. Manager lied to the sheriff to get me kicked out. People like that always get cancer.

WORKING TOILETS ARE AN EXTRA CHARGE? WHEN WE GOT TO THE ROOM WE WERE A BIT NERVOUS THERE WERE A NUMBER OR PEOPLE LOITERING AROUND THE BACK PARKING LOT BY THE TRASH CANS I WENT TO USE THE FACILITIES AND FOUND THERE WAS NO WORKING TOILET. WHEN I ALERTED THE FRONT DESK HE HANDED ME A PLUNGE. Ii WAS A BIT SURPRIZED BUT ATTEMTED TO FIX THE PROBLEM MYSELF. WHEN IT DIDNT WORK AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS, I TOLD THE FRONT DEST AGAIN AND WAS TOLD SORRY. HE STATED THERE WERE NO OTHER ROOMS AND GRACIOUSLY LET ME KEEP THE PLUNGER FOR THE NIGHT. THEY NEXT MORNING I LOOKED FOR A PUBLIC RESTROOM BUT DIDNT FIND ON WHEN WE CHECKED OUT I TOLD THE MANAGER OF OUT ISSUES SHE SAID I SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR A BATHROOM. I ASKED FOR OUR CHARGE TO BE DISCOUNTED AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD GIVE ME $20. i ALSO ASKED FOR THE CORPORATE NUMBER AND SHE THEN REFUSED THE DISCOUNT. WHEN I COMPLAINED TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE I WAS PUT ON THE "DO NOT RENT LIST" IM NOT SURE WHY A WORKING TOILET SHOULD BE PPART OF AN EXPECTATION WHEN RENTING A HOTEL ROOM. I GUESS WYNDOM/SUPER 8 ISNT CONCERNED WITH SANITATION!
