Great Place To Stay Excellent facility. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Adjacent restaurants were easily accessible from hotel. Hotel was also easy to access from interstate. Gym was very well equipped.

Are you kidding me! Best West Plus. Wake up BW. This is a true review. This hotel should not be a BW let alone a BW Plus. This is without a doubt the worst BW if not the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. To start the smell was unreal and it was not just our room the front desk also had a strange smell. We tried cleaning the dirty AC filters but it did not help. If we were not so tired and had an early start I would have found another room. Filthy rundown place. Outdated, dirty and linen that should have been replaced 5 years ago. I really hope you read this before you book a room here. I am sure it would be easy to find much better value for your money. Best Western Exec's, you really need to pull your name off this hotel. I am truly shocked that it's a BW Plus. Not a good sign for the brand. Sorry I could not find the pic of the AC filters that looked like they had never been cleaned. Folks stay as far away from this hotel as you can.

awfull experience with this property. and I usually pay more for the better places but never again at this property. had my vehicle broken into from what I was told it's going to be up to me to do anything about it even though they have video footage of it. I'll never stay here again. if you want to keep your belongings find another place to stay. I'm out of town for work the major part of the time and

Great experience The reception staff is phenomenal. Booking directly was easy and they were very accommodating. It is very easy to get to and from this hotel and my room was lovely. Plus the freezer worked better than my own at home! OK I am adding words because I have to. I thought I had the review covered :)

Very disappointed Was very disappointed in this hotel. The room had such a horrible smell and we had to go purchase air fresheners because the hotel had none. The bathtub/shower floor is so slippery that it is dangerous and the room was handicapped accessible, so that was hard to believe. We left our room for the day around 10 am and housekeeping was in the room across the hall. We arrived back at our room at 5:30 pm to find the room had not been cleaned at all!! There are so many hotels in Longview Texas so in the future we will never book this hotel again.
