Budget Friendly and Comfortable for the Price We stayed in the condo styled units across the parking lot from the main tower. They were recently renovated and well appointed. Overall, they were clean and a comfortable place to stay the night. My only complaint is the air smelled a little dingy and the noise from the street really leaks through the windows even though they are closed. Overall, if your looking for a budget stay, this is an ideal spot in Ktown with the Galleria Supermarket one block over and convenience of being near downtown LA.

Dated but Gets the Job Done I booked here while in LA on a Spring Break trip with a friend largely because of its cheap price point for one night. Just about every other notable hotel within a reasonable distance of Downtown LA was going for exorbitant rates so we decided to book here. After reading the, I came in expecting the worst. The hotel's location is average, it's not really near anything and is a bit of a walk away from the main points of interest in Koreatown. The staff were all solid and while they weren't the most amazing, they felt genuine. The room immediately showed its age through a variety of aspects. Both the chair and the desk chair were old and the desk itself was heavily worn. The decor was extremely outdated and it kind of felt like everything was from the 1990s at the latest. What surprised me, however, was that the cleanliness was excellent. Basically everything in the room was kept tidy which is definitely worth something. One thing that was really problematic with the room however was that there was a serious lack of outlits. The bedside table had no outlets and there were only four total in the entire room with two besides the desk and two near the bed farthest from the window. Also, the bed was quite soft as I think it was memory foam, which might be problematic if you prefer a more firm mattress. The bathroom was small and pretty basic though I do give points for the toilet being of a reasonable height and not having an extremely loud flushing mechanism. Similar to the room, there were no noticeable cleanliness issues in the bathroom and I really liked the shower setup with the glass door. The water pressure and temperature of the shower were both great. For the price, it's really hard to fault the quality of the accomodation, especially as the room was overall quite clean.

Good enough for the price Decent hotel. Clean. Nightly parking fee is very low compared to the rest of DTLA. Conveniently located. Lots of great restaurant choices newrby, but almost no bars in Koreatown. The microwave is in the hallway. I didn't needit, but it's a feature I look for. Fridge in the room was perfect. Desk was odd. Lamp next to bed blocked view of the person in the other bed, so we put it on the floor. There is seconday windows to block traffic noise on Olympic Boulevard.

My FIRST STAY at ROLEX HOTEL I just checked in today I instantly got the "you black why are you here look I then got ( from a few house keeping staff) the,"yuck, yes I can I help you " response. Before arriving to checked in had spent the evening before with friends in Weho . I haven't shaved or showered since yesterday morning because as I woke up this morning I has an errand in 2 in this extremely hot as day as was sweaty as well. I reserved the room to rest, shower and have 1 day of PEACE this week. The front desk person was very nice kind and understanding. Since I have been in my room (301) 1 have continusly had movement at my front door., even though my room is the last door Io. I suffer from EXTREME STRESS ATTACKS I chose this hotel because it very private looking and quiet. This end of the floor. I asked to be moved to a different explaining the issue and I was told NO. I feel singled out and monitored by staff and a few quests because of my lack of sleep due to a night out with friends and black fear. I wish I had a better review but sadly I don't. I again appreciate the front desk person fur being the only kind individual in the building.

Avoid this hotel at all cost. Dangerous. 이 호텔은 위험합니다. 조심하세요. Do not go to this hotel. Don't be fooled by the affordable price. Our car was broken into on the hotel parking lot. Right next to the lobby door where a security guard and a security camera were stationed. Turns out the security camera is completely blind on its right side (meaning it can't see cars near the lobby doors) and the security guard hardly does any security. Camera also cannot read license plates. Anyone can walk into their parking lot. It's not safe. Front desk speaks in curt (read rude and dismissive) and management offered no apology nor any attempt at reimbursement. They simply didn't want anything to do with the break in. As many of you may know, LA police is dismissive at best for small crime like this. Rooms look shady. There's paint peeling off of walls and ceilings. Especially the restroom. Not very clean. There's literally homeless tents built next to their parking lot. We've lost several thousands dollars of goods. Never trust hotel staff to keep you and your belongings safe. Never waste your time and money in this establishment.
