Not SAFE Not Clean Not a great hotel and not a safe experience. Our room smelled of marijuana and mold and feces. The room STANK! Rm 109 I stayed 2 nights and both mornings woke up stuffy, runny nose and sore throat. Once away from the room air, this cleared up! MOLD?? Something in the room! The floor was dirty. If you walked around barefoot your feet would be nasty! There are homeless people congregating all around and in the parking lot of this hotel. This hotel was cheap and convenient to downtown but it is "cheap" for a reason! Not safe to walk around after dark outside! Be careful if you stay here and watch your surroundings

Choose another Run down, extra charges-parking though huge empty parking lot. When asked why since we have no refundable room-because concert nights small filled. Homeless at entrance. Nonsmoking room smelled like smoke. Ok room, cheap linens. Desk help not friendly. Believe we should of stayed different hotel or better Airbnb.

Unsafe for people and vehicles My brother came to Louisville to see family he hadn't seen im a year. He paid for parking at hotel and his car was towed by rental agency hotel has contract with. The hotel was not helpful. The tow agency did not respond to meeting him at lot to get his car released. The hotel was of not help. Two other guests had their cars towed the same night who had also paid for parking.

Hotel of horrors!! Night 2 of a 5 night stay and I’m already itching to leave the staff is very friendly and kind and the hotel is very close to the hotel my conference is taking place in and was $50 cheaper per night however I deeply regret staying here the additional $250 would have been more than worth it I walked in and was immediately hit with the overwhelming smell of cigarettes one of the bed side lights doesn’t work and the shower has weird brown stains all over and the Wi-Fi doesn’t work however all that is to an extent expected in a discount hotel. At about 6pm someone started power washing my rooms door and water started pouring in through the large gap between the latching stile of the door and the frame and spraying me while I was eating chipotle at the desk. Once the spraying had stopped I grabbed a towel and wiped up the water apparently the floor has never been cleaned because the white towel turned brown. I took a shower after another unsuccessful attempt to use the Wi-Fi and did my best to ignore the brown stains on the edge of the tub and the concerned creaking and buckling of the tub floor when ever I shifted my weight when I got out of the shower I was sitting on the bed leaning against the head board and when I sat up pulling away from the head board my hair stuck to something sticky. This place is very gross and unfortunately not worth the convenient location probably the grossest place I’ve ever slept
