Bug problem Absolutely terrible. Saw bugs literally crawling into holes in the wall. Staff refused to accept that and said they “ dealt “ with the bug problem months ago. Made me jump into an endless circle of trying to get my money back. For a place based on hospitality they are not doing a very good job

Strictly if you have a limited budget and don't care where you stay. To say the area around this Red Roof Inn is seedy is putting it kindly. It's right across from a run-down "spa/massage parlor" and behind a strip mall and gas station. I drove past it twice before I found it and then had to circle the property to find the office. Anytime you find the clerk standing behind glass that gives you a clue as to what kind of place you're staying at. Then when he tells you no more than two people in the room at one time, that says it all. He wasn't friendly and he wasn't unfriendly. He was indifferent about the whole thing. The guy isn't the type I would want representing my company, but obviously, Red Roof Inn doesn't care. The room was adequate, nothing more. The bed was okay. Shower water was hot. Never turned on the TV. If you wanted ice the only machine I saw was in the office with the vending machine---on the other side of the building from my room. You can do worse, but you can definitely do better. Would not recommend it.

bed bugs and aegul manager. The new indian managers are rude and terrible. this used to be a good placebut not anymore. First they overcharged me and theydid not honor the price agreed upon online and then worst of all found bed bugs under mattress . manager refused to refund. i do not recommend this place.

Overall fine with some good and some bad There was a good amount of good and bad here, so I'll start with my complaints. First off, this is a privately owned RR, so they will not honor the weekly rate given on the website unless you're staying an exact multiple of 7 days. I was there for around 10 days, so I got the weekly rate for only 7 of those, which is not what my reservation had quoted. They also charged me a deposit which takes 7-10 days after checkout to be returned (it's been almost a week and I don't have it back yet). Lastly, the room was only cleaned once while I was there. There were two days when housekeeping stopped by and gave me new towels, but even after I said I would leave the room so they could clean, they only took the trash and changed out towels, and only twice. All of the other days I was there, I was out of the room during the day, and came back to find they hadn't done any cleaning or taken the trash. I left tips out every day, but I know they didn't enter because it was never taken. The good is that it felt safe, was much quieter than I expected, had reliable internet, and had plenty of hot water with plenty of pressure in the shower. I loved that there was a large desk where I could work, and I appreciated that there was a laundry room available on the third floor (although management said to let them know before using it). I would stay here again, but I suppose for stays over a week you must request housekeeping to clean your room instead of assuming they will.

“Ready For Reddy” I always stay here every year when I come to Louisville for the annual Show Of Shows at the ExpoMart. The staff is great, the rooms are fairly priced, and the accommodations are suitable. My three rabbits live it here too. I look forward to my visit next year. A top rating of two rabbit ears up!!
