Sleep with cockroaches! This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. They didn't have a room ready for us until midnight instead of the 3pm check in. The floors were so dirty our feet turned black THROUGH the socks! The lights stopped working several times, and the wifi went out constantly. And on the last night a cockroach was IN THE BED!

Terrible Our power went out so needed a place for the night..the floors were so nasty the walls were stained and gross..wish we stayed in a different place never again it would of been better staying in our car for the night..and it was supposed to be smoke free but it smelled of old cigarette..so nasty stay far away

Warning!!! Stayed here for second time (didn't realize same location) during Derby Weekend, One step above sleeping under the overpass on I 264! Apparently being bought by Red Roof and under renovation. Room was'nt ready at noon so had to kill time, New bed and T V put in. No towels soap and other necessities and bathroom was very dirty. Got towel and given sheets for bed...still no soap. Only positive was the price! No one at office to help.

Disgusting stay for 1 night 1. Security Deposit – Should have been more alert when a hotel asks for security deposit and requires initial signature on dozens of statements! Should be more cautious! 2. Cockroaches – Disturbing that these bugs were traversing on the floor near our luggage. Extremely disappointed! 3. Floors very dirty under beds – Extremely dirty floors under beds! A puddle of something was not wiped up! 4. Warm Shower – Even turned all the way to hot, the water was only lukewarm. Very dissatisfying! 5. Very narrow beds - Hard sleep since the beds are twin and not the normal double! Not rested! 6. Neighborhood unsafe – Homeless roaming the decks and stairways. Seems like a drug haven area! Very unsafe area! 7. TV in poor condition – Could hardly see the TV! Dim and there were no correction to be made on settings! No remote for the TV either! Requested a TV remote at main lobby and lady had door locked around 6pm with shades down and peek through and then opened door! Gave a remote that did not work! 8. Return entry key cards – Twice I approached the lobby entrance around 9 am to return key cards and no one there! Sign said open at 11 am. No where to drop off key cards so I left in room. Very unprofessional!

Nasty filthy and staff is unprofessional Attempted to stay here took 2 hours for a after hours person to get me a key. Go to the room to find the door to the room open looked in room was filthy the bed was covered in dust the table had water bottles with a dark substance in the and the bathroom looked as though it was recently used. I closed the door called the night attendant got no response. Took 4 days later to speak to the desk staff to be told the manger told all the staff to say she would not refund the money for a room I never stayed in or signed paperwork for. DO NOT STAY HERE!
