Excellent Stay Normally when using points for a room I expect mediocre at best. This was a pleasnt surprise! Room and bathroom were clean and fresh. The motel breakfast was varied, the area clean and orderly and just an all around pleasant exprience.

Rough Week I wanted to love this hotel as I work in the industry, but there were a ton of struggles. Stayed 7 nights and received 0 room service our entire stay. Room keys had to be reprogrammed every single day. Showered in standing water as maintenance never came to fix our tub. I think the room was supposed to be one that was recently redone, however the curtain rod and curtain fell to the floor. The blind wouldn't open at all so we couldn't see any kind of daylight. The fridge didn't work and the fridge and microwave was sitting on the floor. The lobby area was pretty messy because of the renovations, but understood. Elevator was out of use for a few days as well. Front desk staff was very friendly. That was a plus. I felt sorry for the housekeeper who had to clean our room after it not getting serviced for 7 days and for the repairs that needed to be done.

Nice Stay, great management Decent experience. Nicest staff ever. Kudos to the management. Breakfast was good and kept well stocked. Everything was clean and inviting. Manager said a renovation was in the future, but everything was ok just the way it was.

worst experience Unfortunately, I had the worst experience I've ever had with this hotel. I reserved 22 rooms 7 months prior to arriving with a group of 80. I gave them my credit card, license, and was all set to go. 6 weeks prior to leaving, I reached out to my contact to see if there was anything that I needed to do yet, and received nothing in return. I emailed them 3 weeks prior, and received a call 2 days from the person I dealt with and tried to call 6 weeks earlier. They ended up letting me know that they let all of my rooms go and gave them to another group in a matter of 48 hours. I received no heads up or anything about me having to fill or do anything, which I guess I was supposed to but was never notified of it. After this happened, I was hoping they would help fix, compensate, or find something else, and they didn't do anything. I reached out to customer service, was left on hold for 2 hours, was dropped 3 different times, and spoke to 7 different people about the situation, and nothing came from it. An awful way to do business with people. I would not recommend staying at any hotels associated with this place.

Comfy Hotel for Families A nice hotel for families in a good location. We just had a free night from a credit card and wanted to have a quick getaway from our home (we live nearby). The Holiday Inn Express is nice, clean, and comfy. Our kids enjoyed it, particularly the slide on the pool. That was actually quite crowded even into the evening, but it was a weekend and there were lots of families staying at the hotel. The breakfast the next day wasn't too crowded, though, and there was a good variety of food choices.
