Don't come here needing anything Pull out bed had no linens. Front desk said they were out. Second night, got linens. Asked for a couple of spoons, was told they were out. We went to get a couple of knives to make due with. Front desk guy comes over and started slamming drawers and cabinets where there were some spoons found. Asked what time coffee was available since we were leaving out before breakfast. Was told, I don't know. Went to watch TV to discover the remote was missing batteries. Went to front desk guy again, only to be told there was no batteries available. When asked if we were just out of luck to be able to watch TV, he said sorry we don't have batteries here. I said wow and walked away. He asked for room number and said if he by chance found any, he would bring some. Came back to room, friend went to call front desk to ask about General Manager, only to discover the phone doesn't work. Called from cell phone to be told he said he would be right there with a different remote. He said he told me to be patient and he would get them.

You get what you pay for This hotel did a remodel which is obviously not complete. They actually used decent materials but I would say bad labor. But for the price our room was clean the hot tub was OK and the breakfast was OK. If you are passing thru I would say go for it.

I used to love this place. This used to be my "go to" hotel when I was in Lubbock. Staff was great. Rooms were clean and nice. But not the last time. Woman at the desk was very rude. Desk chair in the room was broken (and dirty). Something changed and not for the better. So, sadly, never again.

Black night clerk went nuts Treated By night staff as if I were hitting her with bat went to screaming at me when I toast room key envelope on desk top in front of her she grabbed it and through it on top of counter and I then through on floor and walked away. She was still screaming that she would call police because I trough envelope at her. The police came and were escorted off property

Skimping on service We usually love to stay at these motels but this time around was different I know we are in crazy times with covid but no excuse to leave the rooms poorly cleaned. There were toothbrushes left in the counter. Condiments were opened and used. When we had requested extra blankets for the couch. They made a big deal about a blanket shortage "go buy more then it's not the coin shortage" and there was a mildew smell to the room. I'm glad it was just for 1 night. Word to the wise teach the employees who are checking you in to use their VOICE not whisper the whole time please that would really help.
