Comfort Inn & Suites

Well worth the money. The hotel was clean and kept up. Location was in a nicer area of Lubbock right near a Costco store. The room was actually on the larger side considering the cost. Everything in the room worked. The king size bed was comfortable. The staff was fairly helpful. The breakfast room was nice sized and clean, and the breakfast itself was decent. Parking lot was well lit and safe. It is right off loop 289 making it convenient. This is not an upscale hotel but it is well worth the money.

DIRTY WASHCLOTH, PIZZA BOXES? We spent one night and at first thought the hotel appeared clean, modern and well kept. The desk clerks and breakfast host were all friendly and helpful. The room was well lighted (hate dark rooms) and appeared clean and neat. When I started to get in the shower I pulled the curtain back and a dirty washcloth fell off the top of the shower curtain to the floor, and then I noticed rust or something that looked like rust running down the sides of the tub. I was put off by that but proceeded to wipe the rust off and rinse the tub out using my ever-handy spray lysol which I do not leave home without! I had to pause thinking that the shower curtain had not been changed between guests and probably the tub had not been cleaned. That made me feel the room was not ‘really’ clean. Then I found two empty pizza boxes in the top drawer. Does the maid check the drawers? It’s a shame BC otherwise this hotel ‘seemed’ a good value for a night on the road. Breakfast was adequate. My ? WHO IS DOING THE CLEANING???

Awesome place to stay We spent 3 nights here. The staff is amazing. Incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and very clean. The amenities are plenty. They also offer a complimentary happy hour most week nights. Just an excellent place to stay and will do so again if we return to Lubbock in the future

Horrible The hotel is in drastic need of cleaning and maintenance. IMO it would be a great idea to demo and rebuild One of the worst in Lubbock They have poor customer service Skip the breakfast Check your bedding to ensure it’s clean The manager is never available

Clean but noisy Hotel was clean, but location left much to be desired. Even though we set the HVAC fan to run continuously, it couldn't drown out the highway noise. The free breakfast was the best we've had and the gentleman serving it was so friendly and efficient.
