Worst hotel in my life I’m 56 yrs old and this is easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room smelled terrible and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I asked the front desk for air freshener and they gave me cleaning chemical to clean the room myself.

Absolutely terrible experience at red roof. I do not recommend this hotel. Thank you. By far the worst customer service I could have ever imagined. Incredibly rude staff. In the first room we got our sheets had blood and P stains on them and I had to ask for a new room. The second room wasn’t much better besides the clean sheets…..

Terrible, smelly, misleading Front desk staff was nice enough. I got to the hotel at 11pm or I would have never stayed! #1 upon arrival I asked about the internet code and was told what is was but not to bother as it rarely worked (even though its advertised) #2 the place reeks of smoke and mildew throughout the hallways #3 my room had a chair with tares in the arms My bathroom had a chuck of tile missing by the tube and the bed felt and smelled clean but was pretty hard. Oh and lastly when my flight landed I searched for a room close to Texas Tech University (Its not close at all!) and I was quoted a total price of $80 only to find the room was no longer available and paid over $100. I know those are very low prices and figured it was because of being a last minute booking and very late. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. It has a great structure and architecture and hope on day someone will come in and gut and make something nice.

Can’t beat the price for a stay like this No complaints here! The lobby was clean, room was clean & it smelt good, the staff were friendly & my kids enjoyed the breakfast. The GM, Kim, is the sweetest person with the best hospitality service, Not to mention what she has done to the place over the years

Wonderful as always I have been staying here for many years and while some things have changed, the staff remains amazing. I am so happy to have the breakfast back! Now if they could just get the pool back up and working everything would be perfect! My room was clean and fresh and missing one hand towel, but not much to complain about. The girls at the front desk are amazing and the few housekeepers I interacted with were super sweet. I love this place. Yes it is older, but I never stay anywhere else! Oh and I love the Halloween decor!
