Stay Somewhere else! Room was just gross. Linens were old and worn. Room had an offensive odor. We left in the middle of the night, couldn't take it.

Could have been better Came to spend the weekend. This is in a great location. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Rates were great and bed was cozy. However, this room had NO amenities! Had to go and buy an iron. King size bed had 3 small flat pillows. Housekeeping never came to our room or even knocked on the door, at least to change out towels.

Lubbock TX super 8 Typical low budget 1 star motel way overpriced but in a great location I would not stay or recommend anyone to stay at that hotel maybe I just had a bad room. It definitely was not worth the price I paid.

Disrespectful and rude staff A horrible experience, I payed 60 dollars to stay overnight. I called ahead of time to ask if we were able to stay a few hours after checkout and pay a little extra. But, when I called the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and she yelled at me. She then hung up on me and I proceed by calling back, but the women kept ending the call. When I finally got in touch with the lady, she yelled back onto the phone "WHY ARE YOU CALLING", "STOP CALLING THIS NUMBER". Very unprofessional and I will not be telling anyone to stay at this hotel. I was very upset at how the front desk treated me, I felt disrespected. I booked another hotel near by, because I was not going to stay in a hotel that disrespects people, the way she did to me. I wasted my money and time on this hotel, I was treated horrible. I was very shocked at how a hotel front desk could treat someone like that. I also asked many times to connect me to the manager, but when I asked she kept ending the call on me repeatedly. (Call happened on 1/26/2023 at 2:31 pm) Whoever was working that day at that time was the front desk lady.

Good place to lay your head Basic overnight to accomplish a quick arrival and departure; clean, safe and very convenient; good service when needed (we needed an extra towel and it was provided very quickly; also, for a tub to drain well is rare, but our tub drained as it should
