Comfort Inn & Suites

Just OK for a 1 night quick stay, buy needs some love. Hotel is OK for a.one nights stay. They grounds are not manicured nor do they gave any landscaping that is badly needed. They evening young girl at the front desk was miserable and never cracked a smile. Not a good welcome to Lumberton. Room 213 was clean, but had a musty smell. The AC systems needs not be cleaned! Overall the hotel is a 2 out of 5. The breakfast was suitable and what we expect for a free continental breakfast. So no complaints there. The place needs sore upkeep on the exterior as their is staining on the outside stucco. Management doesn't seem to care about first impressions. Overall, find a better place next time that doesn't have a smelly musty room.

Will not return Front desk was wonderful . No issues with check-in used a third party reservation for two queen beds and a couch. We were on the 5th floor. The sheets and bed seemed clean and supportive. The AC under window unit kept the room cool. The room felt dirty. The furniture was banged up and worn. There was an iron burn in the carpet The hallways were humid. The entire place has AC push button wall units this probably contributes to the other complaints regarding the hallways. The pool was unavailable but you could go to another hotel near by to use the pool. The ceiling in the bathroom was worn. My husband found a chicken breast on the floor between the couch and the bed. It was not ours. At breakfast-7am. They ran out of food. The woman mumbled the truck did not come so there was little to no food including bread products. One lady sat down at a breakfast table, and the AC started dripping on her head Breakfast felt dirty. The guest computer was not working. My husband described the place as feeling like it is "one step away from being closed. " No idea how it got an 8.6 rating on Expedia or such a high score on TripAdvisor. We do this drive every year and really learned a lesson. With taxes and such the room was $136 on a third party website.

Filthy The room was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in the bed smelled like it had been slept in, and there was dirt in the corners. It was a filthy room. I can’t believe I was charged over $200 for the night. I will not stay at another Comfort Inn. I was too tired to complain at the time and very disappointed.

Nice for 1 night stay. We would stay again. Room was comfortable, nothing fancy. Beds were comfortable but if you like full size pillows bring your own. Air conditioning worked well. If you need a freezer in frig it doesn’t have one in 207 so we weren’t able to refreeze our ice packs for the next day drive.

Clean and quiet Reasonable price, especially for a holiday weekend. Our room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning unit was quiet. Free hot breakfast with sausage, eggs, waffles, juice, cereal, yogurt, biscuits, muffins, coffee and milk.
