Great Stay! Great stay. The beds were comfy and shower spacious. I love having the shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the shower. Breakfast was good. Coffee great. Although they were doing remodeling, we still had a comfortable stay. Sonja even called to confirm we were coming and had our keys ready for a quick check in because we arrived at 10 p.m. will stay again. Close to our reason for coming to Lynchburg and other amenities were close. Sonja was sweet and helpful.

Reasonable room I gave the hotel a four only because we were surprised to learn that none of the rooms have microwaves. That meant after a busy day of sightseeing we had to go to the breakfast room to warm up our dinner we brought with us. The hot water was very slow to arrive in the shower but once it was there it was hot. The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed our eggs with sliced ham. Plenty of other choices as well.

Drug use by the staff, STAY AWAY ! The desk clerk followed my family in the front door as the entered to check in. He told them he had to check his car speakers. He reeked of Marijuana. He checked them into the wrong room. They left the room and came back down in the elevator, and their throats burned for about an hour because the elevator was so full of Marijuana smoke. They immediately checked out. DONT BRING YOUR FAMILY TO THIS HOTEL !! Can't believe the staff they have working there, getting high on the job. It was truly unbelievable.

Very awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Amy Sonja and Amanda are the absolute best at customer service thank God for these wonderful ladies for leaving me with memories I will forever cherish... you ladies truly know what it means to take pride in your work I wish there were more of you

Perfect for our visit to the university. Very clean everywhere. Good breakfast. Amy at the reservation desk was super nice & helpful. Called and asked for early check-in. She made it happen! All the staff was friendly. Have stayed here on multiple occasions and never a bad experience.
