Best Western Alderwood

Not a good stay Upon check in was not recognized as a Best Western Rewards member and did not receive waters that we have received at other Best Westerns. Did not get a top floor room has requested in reservation and sure enough the people above us were extremely noisy and we could hear their walking around loudly and floor creaking through our ceiling. Upon arrival in room tried to turn television on multiple times would not turn on. Went into hall to find housekeeping and found one she could not understand or speak English, another senior housekeeper showed up and Lily came into the room and reset our TV for us. Thanks Lily! Internet in the room is EXTREMELY POOR, best reception is in the bathroom, so if you enjoy reading and doing your internet work in a bathroom, this is the hotel for you. Odor in the room was a little musty smelling, though room was good size with fridge, microwave and comfortable bed and pillows. Went down to lobby for coffee later in the evening and there was no regular coffee and no decaf coffee available both flavours empty only dark roast available which I do not drink. Breakfast was very good in selection of hot foods, breads, bagels, cereal, juice, and replenished coffee's, fruits, yogurts and loved the waffles with the strawberry topping! Overall not one of our better stays at a Best Western!

Enjoyable Stay Excellent shower set up for the safety concerned traveler. A wide flat tub surface with a mat and grab bar provided in a non-handicaped room. We'll run facility with a friendly staff. A little slow in replenishing breakfast fare was my only complaint.

Great location I enjoy this location. Super close to the mall and Seattle. Breakfast is good. I have as of yet been able to try the pool. Would not pay extra to upgrade to a jacuzzi room as there is a sign not to run after 10 pm that you don; t know about until check-in.

Not up to BW standards Registration staff was unprofessional. Just handed me my keys. No directions, no info about breakfast, no thank you or welcome. Rooms were clean and just sufficient. Elevator floor was dirty for more than one day. Pool was unavailable due to chemical issues. Breakfast was good but inconsistent, meaning not much variety on one day. I expected more for the price.

Great stay to visit family Loved the bed and pillows. The breakfast selection is great and we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was easy to get here on public transportation from the airport with just a short Uber ride from the Lynnwood bus drop off to the hotel.
