Years of professional traveling-this was terrible. Very dirty room and deck, leaking sink drain all over the floor , dirty sheets (blood), grounds were dirty. Most of the light bulbs were burned out. Staff was nice. Over priced, we could have and should have stayed on the island for this price.

Nice beach & view but old room The long and short of it-had a very nice beach and view from balcony and for the price vs. the other beachside hotels that was nice. The hotel itself was lacking in service (as no staff at your hotel check in) you check in at adjacent hotel which really wasn’t a big deal. The room was lack luster at best but we made it work however, we agreed it was a bit dirty and spent some of our initial Time wiping/washing things down, so that was off putting but made it better for us. Stayed for 4 days and each day felt better more lived in and the views of beach from balcony was the star of the show. Next time we may perhaps spend a few hundred more to get a nicer room and cleaner hotel. One indoor pool open and just ok, water was warm. The kids indoor water park was closed in general. We spent a lot of time outside of hotel so we decided to save on room as we wouldn’t be spending a lot of time there but it’s always nice to jump back into a nice bed in a nice room when you return that feels clean and kept and we quiet get that feeling here. Either way was close to town and felt safe overall. we had a great vaca either way.

very bad service We booked 2 rooms, we arrived at the hotel, we have to go to the next hotel to check in since the office was closed, we were giving 2 rooms, we went to the first room, it was dirty, smells really bad and the door was very hard to close/ lock, I tried to call the front desk to complain about the room but the phone did not work so I had to walk back to the other hotel, so they gave us another room, we checked the rooms and they were in a better situation, after we settle in, we were surprised that one room did not have a phone, also the Wifi did not work in both rooms so I went back to the front desk to complain, the manager came to the room to check the wifi, he came back and told us there is a problem with the Wifi in our floor and assured us the Wifi works in other floors and offered us to move (again to a different floor) but then I told him that the other room that we booked was in another floor and also the Wifi does not work, he was surprised and he told he will take care of it, also he told us he will get us a phone but we never heard from him again, I went back to the front office the next day and another person came to the room and provide us with a phone The service is bad, first they told us they will send a room service to the rooms to get us towels/ clean the garbage, then the next day they told us there is no room service and we need to find housekeeping ourselves, we went back and forth with house keeping until we had towels, the faucet in the shower was very loose and kept coming off during shower They have a swimming pool but it was very dirty We stayed at this hotel many years ago and it was really nice but this time it was terrible The only good thing is the private beach and proximity to the rooms

DO NOT STAY HERE We reserved a 2 bedroom suite based on the ad & ratings on the website. Lesson learned. When we checked in, the room had 2 queen beds. _‍♀️ Our daughter then looked at the google reviews. The terrible reviews matched the terrible room. There was a disgusting smell in the room. The room was filthy dirty. We tried to get out of keeping the room & were told NO. We ended up going down the street & paying for 2 other rooms. Sleep in the car or on the sidewalk before sleeping in this hotel!!!!!

Disgusting room with bedbugs The rooms are disgusting and riddled with bedbugs. My wife checked in after a long day of travel and noticed the bed bugs as soon as they were ready to go to bed. She alerted the staff who did not seemed phased that their establishment was infested and only offered her another of their awful rooms. When she decided that it was not healthy to stay there, she requested a refund but they refused and only offered her the option to move rooms.
