Jamari is a great host! Property is always nice, clean, and affordable. Staff (especially Jamari) is always nice. Great place to visit. Easy on/off from interstate. Very up to date. Our only issue was the lack of water pressure and lack of vending machines for mid-night snacks. Wish they would install some.

It’s ok for one night Rooms were adequate, spacious and clean but a little worn. Bed was comfortable. Had to park in the back because we were towing a trailer but the lot was well lit. It was too cold to use the pool, but the pool was extremely dirty adding to the overall view that maintenance of the facility may not be a priority. The best maintained area was the breakfast bar where staff was constantly cleaning and replenishing. The worst part of this hotel was the noisy hallways. Noise seemed to be amplified with doors that slam and voices echoing in the hallways which made sleeping difficult.

First Impressions...ugh First Impressions...not so great. I reserved 2 rooms; one for my 88 year old mother. They put us on opposite ends of 2 different floors. I asked if we could have our rooms closer as I am my mother's caregiver. The lady at the front desk said the hotel was full and she was unable to change our room assignments. However it was 5pm with only a few cars in the parking lot. Surely the hotel was not yet full and one would think rooms could be switched around. The woman at the front desk was not helpful nor was she friendly. Secondly, handicap parking is at the end of the building on the side, much further away than the "Diamond Elite" spaces directly in front of the hotel. We did not use the handicap space since there were others close by. Thirdly, the rooms are dark and dingy upon entering with a musty smell. Appears clean however. Honestly, I would have asked for my money back but we have been traveling for almost 12 hours and none of the hotel reviews off 475 in Macon were exceptional. It appears safe here and my mom does have a cell phone to contact me if she needs anything, but we will not be back here for sure. I do expect greater things from IHE and am extremely disappointed.

Terrible service. 0/10 We reserved 2 rooms a couple days prior that were gaven to someone else, the rooms we got had full trashcans, dirty beds, and wet washcloths. We told this to the manager and they didn’t take the blame

Not family-friendly. Booked 2 queens, was given 2 doubles. Breakfast was closed when the family showed up to eat at 9:05am after driving 17 hours the day before. Toilet ran loudly and I had to fix it at 3am to sleep. Sticky carpet and loud a/c. Spotlight right outside and room wouldn’t get dark. Was told they have pack n play cribs, but didn’t know where they were. My 2 year-old slept between us and kicked all night in a double bed. No bath fan in these hotels always bugs me. Lady at front desk was nice other than no effort for crib. Beds and pillows were fine.
