Days Inn by Wyndham Madison

Disgusting Old run down property , small cluttered lobby, service not friendly. Advertising breakfast and restaurant but there was neither. Room was dirty, floor,mirror sheets. Bathroom wall had a hole tub was dirty and cracked. Noises from outside heard all night. Pictures didn't match the room.

A pleasant surprise! The room was clean, fully stocked and with many amenities that I did not expect. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful and kind! I would use this hotel again, most definitely!

Run away fast. The photos lie Run away from this place fast. Get a sleeping bag and sleep in the woods. Do not believe their photos, they are probably from 20 years ago. It's dirty, unsafe, and they won't refund all your money when you see the room and decide living is more important than staying inside. We just happened to make a reservation during a busy weekend (unknown to us) where they price gouged to a level that it appeared they were a decent motel. Wyndham and Days Inn should be ashamed of this place

One of the worst places I've stayed in a long time.... Only stayed here because it was near an event I was attending for the weekend -- and no time to look for a new place -- and past cancel deadline. . Continental breakfast listed on all communications received is non-existent! Coffee & juice in lobby are both disgusting! . Floor in room was filthy. Ruined a pair of socks -- BLACK will not come out. . Maintenance - Vent cover falling from the ceiling in the bathroom. Lamp & clock were unplugged. I had to move the bed to plug them back in. Housekeeping didn't notice this??? Oh ... manager had an answer -- light from the clock was disruptive to sleep. Really??? That's your excuse for housekeepers not doing their job??? . Room is non-smoking... oh but PROPERTY definitely is NOT non-smoking! Men sat outside my room most of evening smoking like smokestacks! Threw the butts all over the ground. Was impossible to roll my luggage to my car without rolling through them. I noticed a butts disposal container at the OTHER END of the building! When I spoke to the manager about this -- she seemed very unconcerned. Just lots of excuses. She explained they are construction workers staying there long-term and they just "ignore" all her requests. I asked why she didn't at least purchase another butt disposal container or MOVE the one she has to the area where she put their rooms. Just shrugged her shoulders. I'm thinking she really doesn't care how many "regular" customers complain -- as long as the construction workers keep staying there. . Noise... Said construction workers stomped across the floor until past midnight. Sounded like they were wearing heavy boots --- yes, in the room. Manager confirmed they were booked four to a room. . Overall --- VERY unpleasant stay with very unconcerned manager. I will NOT be returning to this property.

Not as Advertised Our confirmation stated check-in was at 2pm. Arrived at 2:25 to be told it is at 3pm. Arrived at 3pm and checked in, went to room and it still needed to be mopped. Advertises continental breakfast and there is none. TV had a black line running down the middle of it. Exhaust vent cover was hanging out of the ceiling. The front door latch wasn't secured to the frame. Not a good stay.
