Nice hotel We enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean and so was the bathroom. Very friendly people at the front desk. Hot items on the breakfast bar, waffle maker and cold and hot cereal and other items. Something for everyone. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate out all day. We will stay there again if we are back in that area. It's right off highway 20 for very covenient for travlers.

Beware!!! Caution!!! This hotel is in desperate need of renovations. Our first appointed room had wet carpet due to the AC unit leaking. With young children (or anyone), this is a huge daner. After being relocated, our room was better but smelled of mildew/mold. The phone was broken and the room appeared to be dirty. Our children wanted to use the pool badly. The lock to the pool gate was broken, and we had to get an employee to open it. My husband had to clean the pool himself before allowing the children to use it. There were bugs and debris from one end of it the other. We were double charged for our stay and our Hilton points were not added properly. Be careful choosing this hotel as it uses the Hilton name/brand but does not, in fact, resemble the Hilton standard at all.

Not Hilton Hampton Inn Standard I have tried to be patient with this hotel. This property is far from the Hilton Hampton Inn standard. If you are expecting what you may have experienced at other Hampton Inn's you will be disappointed. Have stayed multiple times in the past 6 months for business. Never a trip where there are not 'issues'. Have looked past the fact the door in the room has a gap you can see into the hallway through, the thin walls and noise. Most recent stay many of the door locks did not work. Maybe not a big deal at this hotel but the 'fitness center' is lacking other Hampton Inn's. No hand weights. The Peloton does not work and only had pedals for the clip in shoes. Not exactly traveler friendly and was not connected to WiFi so you had to reprogram the equipment to run off your phone hotspot. The TV service in the hotel is antiquated to say the least, no guide and older analog channel lineup with no logic to what is on what channel like 23-4... This trip upon checkin, found the TV's not working, the phones in rooms not working, and the WiFI not working. Trying to decompress from travel day having to listen to Sirius Sat radio off my cell phone. The decor compared to other Hamptons is in desperate need of updating. The staff is friendly and apologetic, so I feel for them having to hear what I suspect are lots of complaints. The housekeeping has always been as good as they can with current decor. This property is classic example of an ownership not willing to put in the necessary capital to keep a property.

Not impressed this time Very disappointed in my stay this time and that wasn't the case when I stayed here before. The floor in the bathroom was stained with what I will assume was urine from the previous stay, so I wiped across it w/a wet cloth and got more dirt. The shampoo and body wash was empty when we arrived and when I requested, I was given multiple bottles of little shampoo "because she uses shampoo for her body wash also." The carpet was dirty and our socks were so dirty at the end of each night after walking across the floor. Asked for service daily, but had to get my towels after they took used ones. Front desk wanted person wanted to argue w/me about it and to top it off, she had a cigarette lighter in the middle of the front of her shirt (between her breast - one thing to have it, but another to have it showing to your customers when they check in or have a question. The breakfast lady was super nice and very sweet & accommodating. When I hear Hilton Honors/Hampton Inn, I immediately think quality; however, after this visit, I will not associate that brand w/quality again. For the price of the stay, it really isn't worth, go a little further to the Greensboro exit, they have nicer hotels.

Stay Elsewhere A complete dump. When we arrived into our room there was someone’s chewed gum in a wrapper on our table. Wear and tear everywhere and the room smelled like mildew. Leak stains all over the property. Loiters in the parking lot. If we didn’t arrive exhausted close to midnight we would have gone else where. Hilton should sell this property before it continues to tarnish its name.
