Great Stay, Well Run Property Tonya and her team do a great job operating this property. The rooms were very clean, the front desk was very accommodating, and the location is convenient. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Had a great stay overall.

As Expected_DvB Overall this property, the personnel, and the included breakfast were what one anticipated for this brand. No marble in the bathrooms, but one feature was a desk area built into the closet that offered a hardwood appearance elevation with functionality. The staff were consistently polite, greeting me and guest within my earshot as we encountered them in the common areas and hallways. Brittany at the front desk was my most frequent point of contact, and she was always happy to answer questions and assist me. The location was quite convenient for some of the more popular restaurants and bars. The area had several chain restaurants within walking distance. Overall, although I used rideshares much of the visit, the area seemed safe enough to play pedestrian.

Rude staff If you have another choice, go somewhere else. Specially, choose another hotel if you are hilton honor member. Very disappointed and rude people. I felt like I am staying for free and they treated me why I am there.

Still a good place to stay I stayed 4 nights at this Hampton Inn and although there were a couple minor issues, it deserves 5 stars. First of all the employees are all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the bed is probably the best I have ever slept in at a hotel. The location is great, not right on the expressway where you get too much noise but only maybe 3 minutes from I 75. Breakfast was better than most and an employee was always standing by to make sure nothing was running low. The only negatives were some noisy guests in the hallway one night at 10PM and again when they returned at about 4:30 AM. I've encountered this at other hotels and it is hard to blame the staff for this. Only other issue was a drainage problem with the shower/tub. This is my second stay at this location and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Not up to Hampton Inn standards No bathroom vent. Door lock and smoke alarm batteries dead. TV small selection of channels! Stayed 3 days, rooms not cleaned or made up, throw out own trash, get towels for our 3rd day! Right elevator door not closing, used right elevator! Southeast entrance door not working. Breakfast was good! Disappointing overall, not worth the price, not as good as expected from a Hampton Inn!
