Great stay for a reasonable price I was skeptical about this hotel because it is much more reasonably priced than other hotels in the area. But it was great. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and kind staff. Shasta in particular was fabulous (she went above and beyond to get us the room type we needed and to deliver a roll-away). We loved the convenient location - we walked, bussed, and did Bcycle to the UW campus (all without needing to incur UW parking ramp costs).

Visiting Family The rooms were clean, staff was friendly, the breakfast was good had hot foods, waffles and cereal the normal breakfast foods and there was always plenty of food out. Property was clean and well maintained.

Good Value Enjoyed my brief stay. Room was clean, bed was comfy, staff was friendly. The included breakfast had lots of options and was plentiful. Only minor negatives - the fridge stopped working after the first day, but wasn't any emergency (reported when I checked out) and the phone seemed to be only partially functional. Couldn't call the front desk or retrieve messages, but again, not major. When I asked about an airport shuttle, they gave me the number for the Sheraton next door, whom they apparently have an agreement with, and I was sorted.

Nope. I stayed here with friends for a concert. It’s rated as a two star hotel but it is one or less. Our room had ants crawling on the walls of the bathroom, stained bed sheets, wifi/tv did not work, open wires too. A random cord tucked in the carpet and found dog food on the ground. The manager did refund the 50 dollar tip they added on at check in. I wasn’t aware of this either. We reread our confirmation email multiple times and no “50 dollar tip” was ever mentioned or in our receipt break down. Glad we did get compensation for the dirty room but would never recommend

This place sucks! We were forced to stay at this rat hole because the Sheraton next door overbooked several group bookings at this mandatory stay hotel for a tourney our kids are playing in. From the minimal parking spaces, to the rude front desk workers, to the 10 pm shut down curfew of the entire hotel, this place has been a joke. The Sheraton which is 10 fold nicer was so happy to grant us a $10 per night credit to stay in their red-headed step child. Why make it mandatory to stay and then you can’t accommodate. You’re a joke! Also, these rooms are dirtier then all get out. Gross!!!! _
