Lovely dog friendly hotel in the Retiro district Breakfast was best we had in Spain. Really good. Staff were friendly and helpful - nice bar downstairs. Room was spacious and bed was huge with large bathroomLocation was quiet near parks. Dog friendly and near some dog friendly parks. Only recommendations is to add dog beds when dogs staying and have unlocked fridges with the door facing the right way.

Outside a bit bland inside pretty good I stayed here for work. I was very surprised to see that this hotel is not like the other voco that I had visited several times in the Netherlands. This one is back to back with a Crowne Plaza and from the outside looks quite tired and old. The lobby had the same “used to be another brand” vibe. The room was however good - air conditioning was effective, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom large and clean. Breakfast was of excellent quality and the range was very good also. So it’s just that the hotel needs a bit of love as far as the lobby, corridors and public spaces.

Fine Room but Questionable Security Due to Cleaner(s) The room is fine, but I have very huge concern regarding the cleaner(s) and janitor(s) who work in this hotel. I stayed here for a week and several times so far, the cleaner(s) would proceed to steal one of my card key that I purposefully left in the room. When I asked them whether I can have it back, they said no. I had to go to the reception several times to ask for several new keys because the cleaner(s) aren't willing to give them back. While sounds like a small thing, this poses a security issue for me as they can simply give those keys to other random people and they can access my room. Also, on several occasions, it seems the cleaner(s) don't finish cleaning my room. Empty water bottles remain left in the room, towels remained unchanged despite being left on the floor, etc. It's a fine hotel, but if security is a huge thing for you, I'll skip this hotel.

A nice hotel It was a quick trip so i didn’t get to know if the location is good. Nice spacious family room; however the A/C is a bit noisy. There is a problem with the elevators; a very long waiting time, especially if you’re on the 11th floor. Breakfast is ok. Hotel very convenient for families.

Superb stay in a good hotel with splendid breakfast! Good hotel, with a very big and comfy bed, clean room and public transport within walking distance. Special thanks to the breakfast staff: the breakfast was excellent, good choice, well maintained, fresh and clean and the service was delivered with a smile:-). Even when there was a full breakfast room with large groups on Sunday the service stayed great! Thanks a lot ladies!
