Lovely hotel in central Madrid A lovely hotel, great staff, quiet rooms, excellent sleep, central location to see everything we wanted to. The bar staff and reception were very good at understanding my attempts at Spanish or English, which made it a pleasant experience rather than awkward. All in all a fantastic stay in Madrid.

Great Experience I only have good things to say about the hotel. From the employees friendliness to the hotel environment and the hotel parking. The breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of food options. Not to mention the location, it is near everything, you can do everything by walk, but without the city rush.

Very comfortable and nice It was very nice, all the experience. Location perfect and very conveninent to know madrid better, its culture and gastronomy. Staff very friendly and helpful and food and services excelent. Nice and comfortable room. I will come back for sure.

Fantastic hotel, great location The hotel is amazing, the room was large and the bathroom was equally impressive. We liked the location halfway between Plaza Mayor and the Chueca neighborhood. We could walk to everything. At checkin Bermejo gave us a list of recommendations for tapas and dinner. He was so helpful the whole stay. This was a short stay, but we will be back and tell all of our friends
