Alright Staff was not very warm. I had to change rooms two times because the room hadn't been cleaned properly. After my complaint nobody asked me whether I was satisfied. At check-out nobody asked me how my stay was. Apart from this the breakfast is good and the rooms have a nice design.

Certain services can be improved for a better experience This hotel has no concierge service. When you arrive, you have to carry your suitcases upstairs yourself. The ramp that is designed for luggage is ridiculous. The front office desk staff is unwelcoming and will not great you when they see throughout the day. They won’t even raise their head to say hi or bye. The location of the hotel is nice. The room and bedding was clean. There is no hair conditioner, so if you always use a hair conditioner, make sure to bring one with you.

Short stay - good service We came before available check in (arrived at 12:30) and we were able to check in at that time. Very thankful for that. Though we know and were prepared that this was not an option. Made our short stay even better. We would have accepted a check in at 15:00.

Amazing roof terrace We enjoyed 3 nights here. Really Nice room Friendly staff Excellent roof terrace. Really enjoyed having a drink there before dinner. Location good, close to great area of Malasaña and public transport. Didnt eat here Will recommend Thanx:)
