Very busy hotel. Nice stay for a few nights. This is a super busy hotel with so much going on but I enjoyed the atmosphere. Great vibe. Some may find it noisy. Clean. I ate at the restaurant one evening and food was good. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Rooms were fine. I came back to sleep and shower, I was out most of the time. Let's be honest, Managua is not a place your likely to stay long and this is fine for a few nights.

Impossible to SLEEP here AVOID thiS PLACE——TERRIBLE Service and HORRIBLE location. Blasting loud events with deafening music and MC at the pool side patio go on all night. Our room 330 was so loud it’s impossible to sleep. The staff is well aware how loud this is. The Convention area should be FAR AWaY from the hotel area but they are side by side. The third night we were moved to the other side of the hall but it was still very loud. There is NO AIR CONDITIONing in the lobby. Sooo hot the 3 days we were there in all common areas. I saw the staff were all SWEATY in the forehead. Craziest thing is we had to take a taxi to the mall because they don’t sell pens and the hotel front desk does not give ANY to guests even tho Airport requires forms to fill out so we needed. pens The hotel manager never called me back.

Comfortable The hotel is conveniently located in the commercial quarter of the city if Managua. It's a family and business attraction, especially on weekends. The pool is usually busy on holidays with locals, who use the hotel's facilities for weddings, conferences or outings. A gambling room is found right of the main lobby. There's an excellent taxi service in the hotel's parking lot, where there's a couple of English-speaking drivers around the clock who can take you on sightseeing trips in the city and play as tour operators for an affordable fee. A taxi fare to the airport is USD 20 and the ride is about 25 minutes, outside the rush hour. Beware: Don't venture out alone because you may end up in an unfriendly neighborhood. The rooms are acceptable, but the toilets are old and need maintenance. One of the tiles in my bathroom near the tub popped out of the wall and fell to the floor while I was taking a shower. The hotel's food is good, nothing exceptional, but edible. It seems that one restaurant serves the whole hotel, including lunches, dinner and meals by the pool. I called a couple of times for room service, but was told it was unavailable.

Good hotel but could be better I have been staying in this hotel since 2014. It was great here. It was not luxury but good enough. Since April 18, 2018 , things changed. Overall quality has dropped. Foods , gym etc. The breakfast is almost the same and became very boring. During my last trip April 9-12, a big group from different boxing teams around America staying here. It was a terrible experience. On April 10 night, there was a farewell party and people staying next to me making noisy all night long. I felt the hotel has lowered the quality standard. I understand things are pretty tough here in Nicaragua and hope for improvement soon.

Bravo Super clean, beautiful property with nice pool area, plenty of outdoor seating for relaxation and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful, room was cleaned and restocked daily and bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well but was a bit noisy. Nice plaza's around to walk to for dinner as well as casino and bar, restaurant inside the hotel. My only complaint was the loud music played up until 0100 am was a bit annoying when having to sleep and wake up early for business. Other than that it earns my praise.
