Visiting civil war sites I was somewhat disappointed with this hotel. I booked it because it was close to the bull run battle sites. I read the mixed reviews, but figured I would give it a shot. Well (supposedly) the kitchen is under renovation so they only have ‘to go’ bags. I stopped the first morning to get us one: one apple, one yogurt, one juice, and one muffin for two people. The hotel is just old and tired. It has a nice layout and a very large pool area (even though it was too early for pool season). In its prime it was probably a great hotel. Now the rooms are old and in need of renovation. Each room does have a microwave and refrigerator, individual air conditioner and an iron and board (which we boomers appreciate). There is no elevator and the rooms have an old smell to them. As a best western diamond member, I would not come back to this hotel.

NO Shower Water, NO Tv in Room, DIRTY & OLD outdated facilities (including drapes, towels, shower tubs, etc) I would give it a 0 rating if I could. Disappointed with my one night stay here as a first time customer. Im not one to write negative reviews about a place but this one serves it. I stayed for 1-night only on May 1, 2024 and reached the hotel around 2am of which I had informed in my pre-checkin of my arrival time being after midnight, and came to find the hotel locked all around. I knocked on the front door and waited for about 5mins and no one came and then circled the entire hotel to find homeless people staying on the premises. Being tired and exhausted from a long trip in I called the hotel and explained to the front desk guy that I have a reservation and he finally came and opened the front door. This was only the beginning. After I checked in, I went to my room only to find out that there is no water coming from my shower!! Then I contacted the front desk guy and he came to look at it and realized it’s not working. Then, apparently the hotel was fully booked that night and he gave me another room which had no tv inside of it. I requested a refund for my stay with all of the inconveniences and shortcomings after just trying to have 1 comfortable night stay as a traveler at the hotel. So unfortunately, the new room although had the shower water running (hallelujah) the water kept getting full in the tub and the faucets were old and worn out, on top of that the shower curtain was dirty with stains, and the towels didn’t look the cleanest either with a hair or so spotted. I somehow managed to get through this one night and as I was departing the next morning I had spoke with the front desk agent regarding my refund as the guy on duty overnight mentioned that he doesn’t have authority to do it and will leave a note for his manager to do it the next day. Then the front desk agent the next morning told me that there manager isn’t in yet but will do it once he’s back. Okay, fine. I had to leave of course and took the manager’s card so that I could follow up with him. After another 24 hours I didn’t see any reflection of a refund on my account and so I emailed the manager, Jagannath, only to not hear back after three business days and not receive any sort of reimbursement/refund for the problems experienced during my one night stay. Goes to show how much the hotel quality lacks as well as the management team. I will NOT be back to bring my business to such a filthy, and non-accommodating place again and would not recommend it to others either.

Horrible stay!! The owner and general manager were in the room next door to me yelling and arguing, after 10p.m. I called the front desk to ask if they could be quiet because I had to work in the morning. The owner called me and said I complain too much. He called the police to make me leave, at 11p.m.!! I had to pack all my things and leave at midnight!! I never made any noise! The owner is rude, unprofessional, hostile, and offended that I complained his yelling next door was loud. He kicked me out because I rightfully complained about his noise. That is unbelievable to me that this was his response. A responsible, professional owner would have simply quieted down, but this hostile jerk kicked me out??!! I want every penny I paid to this place refunded to me! He caused me such anxiety, stress, and hardship, all because HE was loud next door to me. His privilege to have the Best Western name on his building should be revoked!

Priceline is NOT reliable for hotel reservations I made a prepaid reservation at the Best Western in Manassas through Priceline. When I arrived after a long drive, i was closed. There were signs on the doors that it had been closed by the city because it was structurally unsound. I called Priceline to try to straighten it out, and after a hold of 20 minutes I was told by someone who barely spoke English that computers were down and they could do nothing to help me. I was NEVER notified that this motel had closed.

Beware dangerous hotel Beware ! The hotel cancelled my reservation 12 hours before I was expected to arrive because the County closed the hotel because of a structural issue!! The hotel offer me no help to find another room on Memorial weekend !! The county closed the Hotel !!!
