Our Family Here for a Bridal trip. Our room wasn't cleaned when we saw it. They made it right and gave us a better room-better view-near elevator. The pool is wonderful and nice size for laps. Hot breakfast was very good. Plenty of parking and right near highway and great restaurants. My brother and his wife also stayed here. Other relatives tried to stay here but could not get in on the bridal rate my daughter got for me. A misunderstanding for sure but we wished we could all have stayed close together. My daughter was to get the Bridal suite but for some reason they weren't given that room. Just make sure you get the rate you were promised.

A Terrible Hotel Experience The website lists faulty information about the Quality Inn Manchester Airport. When we pulled into the parking lot of the hotel, we noticed a lot of trash on the grounds...and several windows in the back were boarded up. Upon entering the hotel, we noticed that the restaurant was no longer in business, the fitness room was indefinitely closed, and both bathrooms in the lobby were out of order. The carpeting in the elevator and the hallways was filthy. When we entered our room, there was something sticky on the bathroom floor and the sheets on my 85-year-old mother's bed were dirty with crumbs on them. There was no manager nor any cleaning personnel at the site. We were appalled, particularly when the shuttle driver came to our room with sheets and told my mother to change her own bed! I tried to reach the hotel manager for several days and he never returned calls. It was a nightmare!

Iffy area and icky room Hotel is in an urban/commercial area. Parking lot was full when we returned from an evening function--struggled to find a space. The lobby and breakfast area looked crisp and clean. Our room, however, was a different story. I was appalled when we walked in. The carpet was shabby, worn, and spotted; the upholstery on the easy chair was spotted, the cheap wood-look furnishings were scratched and chipped; the caulking around the bathroom tub was either missing or moldy--I didn't get close enough to see; the lightbulbs in the bathroom fixtures were a mixture of warm and cool light; the wallpaper had a huge gouge in it; and the wall mounted TV was tiny even though the bracket was designed for a standard sized TV. The closet was used as storage for the ironing board and was so tiny had to remove ironing board to hang clothes. Could hang only about 5 things. On the positive side: the beds were clean and comfortable, climate control worked, the water ran and the toilet flushed, and the locks worked.

Fall fail We were really disappointed in this hotel. There were carpet stains in the hallways and mold in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok, but we will never stay there again. The place is old and needs updating as well.
