Ask for Harry! I would like to give a special thank you to Harry. He was exceptional with the service he provided to our family. We booked our rooms with him and had the pleasure of meeting him upon check in. It was by the far the easiest hotel booking we have ever had. He pointed us in the right direction for dinner (Dave's Hot Chicken) and it did not disappoint. You'll be lucky to deal with Harry during your booking experience. Would return without hesitation First time visiting New Hampshire - drove down from Canada - we chose this hotel based on location, price and reviews. Overall I was satisfied with this hotel - and breakfast was better than I was expecting. I really had no issues - it was a comfortable stay for our family beach/shopping trip.

Great hotel Hoor was working at front desk and she was very kind and helpful!! She warmly welcomed us and checked us in. She answered our questions and gave us our key cards assuring us she would be here til 11 to answer any questions we had. We opened the door to our room and we were so happy!! It is a lovely room. Nice exercise room and indoor pool and hot tub. Everything is extremely clean with out any odors!! Highly recommend!!

This hotel will cheat you Booked this hotel through Priceline and then my flight was cancelled making it impossible for me to get there. The hotel refused to cancel/change my reservation. There are many great hotels near the Manchester airport. Pick any one of them over this place. I feel like I was robbed.

The employees really make this place amazing! I have to take a minute and just express how incredible the people at this place are! (Great example) Harry one of the day time front desk employees has demonstrated warm professionalism I've only seen at much more expensive hotels. It's clearly not just a job to him, or the many other employees here. Big shot out to whoever does the hiring! I've got nothing but good things to say about my experience at this hotel.
