North Country Inn & Suites

Wouldn't recommend unless there is nothing else available. When I first got there the manager was surprised that I had a whole week reserved. He said that he would figure it out. I spoke with him the evening after I arrived to see if he would mind if I found someplace else for the weekend since that was the time that seemed to be a problem. He said OK. After I spent the first night, I decided that I would really like to move but because I was leaving at 4:30 am and didn't return until after midnight, I told him that I would like to move out after 2 nights. The room smelled bad like an old apartment. The carpet was stained. The hairdryer would constantly overheat. The soap was cheap....it wouldn't suds up no matter how much I tried. One of the reasons I wanted to stay there was because breakfast was listed. He said they weren't doing breakfast because of Covid. He did say that he could get me cereal and fruit if I really wanted. It would have been good to know ahead of time. The whole place was just tacky and not at all what I was expecting.

Very nice accommodation An older but well taken care of small mom and pop motel. Quiet and comfortable with some nice little extra touches. (Bottles of water, candy). Small breakfast consisting of coffee, cereal, toast and sweet rolls. Good value for the price.

A pleasant stay and a great staff I was on a road trip, and arrived late, despite the late hour the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The room was everything you need, clean, and comfortable. The only downside which the hotel can't particularly control is there was a bit of road noise, but my stay was pleasant and I left the next morning well rested and ready to continue my road trip.

Nice Place, Friendly Staff We enjoyed our stay here, and were impressed with how friendly and accommodating the staff was. The only down side was the slow internet connection. But in spite of that, we would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff! My sister and I stayed here after leaving The Comfort Inn down the road due to poor customer service. We were excited to sleep after a long day of traveling and the check in process was fast, efficient and the desk clerk was very nice. I feel the rate was a bit high for more of a budget type hotel (the ceiling above the shower needed repair, we each only got 1 towel and you can hear the traffic through the door). They do offer a continental breakfast which was nice before we got on the road again.
