So quiet after 10:00 pm We had a wonderful time gathering as a large group in the large area around the pool. Great place for large group hang out. But shortly before 10:00 pm they began warning us that quiet hours would soon begin and everyone would be required to clear out. The lobby remains would be open. This was so nice because all the rooms opened to this large atrium. If the party was allowed to go all night, sleep would be impossible. I am so thankful they were so strict about quiet hours. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

DONT STAY HERE Terrible rooms, walls so thin we could hear the person next door coughing all night and we could hear their tv blaring. No elevators to be found despite many confusing signs. People who work there couldn't tell us where the elevators were. We had to lug all our luggage up several flights of stairs.

Really? This meats brand standard? Terribly strong odor throughout property which was making my nose stuff up. Parking lot has grass growing throughout it. Tried 2 rooms both were terrible. Even though we did not arrive until 7 pm, it was so awful we booked another hotel in Topeka. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

State basketball I stayed here for state basketball before it got canceled. The staff was very friendly at check in period the Room was nice plenty of space. Bathroom is a little on the small side but you can make due. This is an old holiday home so the pool is inside in the middle so you do get a fair amount of cool and chlorine smell throughout the building but it is very clean and well kept inside. They do not have a continental breakfast but a breakfast buffet that you have to pay for but since you're in Manhattan there are plenty of other places to go eat.

Check your credit card bill The room was clean but the bed sunk in the middle. The sofa was hard and made crunchy noises when you sat on it. The restaurant advertised local beer on tap but the waitress told us they didn't have any beer from the local breweries. 2 days after I got home I checked my credit card statement to realize they had charged me twice. They charged me for our room and my brother-in-laws room. We live in different states and made our own reservations separately. He checked in a couple hours before us and put his card on his room. So how did they bill be for both rooms? Be careful if someone else stays there at the same time with the same last name, you might be paying for their room. It took a 20 min phone call and getting the general manager to get this resolved. We have stayed at multiple hotels at the same time and have never had this happen.
