Very clean! Friendly staff! Great location! Stayed 1 night in Manhattan, KS which is home to K State. This hotel is very clean! Great location! I would recommend a higher odd number room so your away from a busier road. It was not bad but I could see how it could be loud during a busy time. Walking distance to downtown shops/bars. We visited Tallgrass Tap house which is a local brewery. Which had food food and beer. They did charge a $10 patking fee. A negative I would say is that we did have mold around the bottom of our shower which should not but you'll find that with 99% hotel stays. We will be back hopefully on a warmer day that we can enjoy the downtown area!

Parking fee anywhere on the property I like this hotel but they charge $10 to park anywhere on the property. When I inquired about the extra charge on my card the desk clerk said there was a sign on the door stating that I would be charged. How do they know where I parked since I just used the back parking lot? Beware of this extra fee

Not to be trusted Nice hotel but the cleaning staff is not to be trusted. Left an expensive item on my desk. Remembered it a few hours later and by then it was gone. Called the hotel and nothing. Did not even ask my number to return if it showed up.

not the most pleasant of hotel experiences Construction next door interfered with my ability to rest through the day which I'd hoped for after traveling all night on a redeye from Honolulu to New York. The property feels old and tired. Room was small (but it's New York). There is no business center....Just a copier in the reception lobby. Had I not been so naive, I would have stayed at the Hilton a block away.

Watch out for the maid, This is a nice place. But, I had some empty cans that were special to me on the counter that were there for two days, and when I got back from my meeting, and after the maid was in my room the cans was gone. The maid was in the room the day before and never touched them. If things are not in the garbage I do not think the maid should remove them. Not HAPPY at all.
