Great stop over On our way from Las Vegas to San Francisco we needed to stop and rest a bit before entering the city. We casually found this place on the way. At the beginning we were scared because of the bad reviews but we got a room regardless. Once we got to our room we found a huge, clean and fully equipped with all comforts room ( even too many for a simple stop over). We rested perfectly and had a decent breakfast. Price around 100$ and worth it. Recommended

Where not to stay in Manteca I wish I had read the reviews before we chcked in. My Granddaughter has two small children and she is working locally. during the course of her stay, she has gotton clean towels twice in 9 days. the manager has complained that the room is dirty. Yes, but it was dirt that was there before she checked in. I checked the drain in the bathroom. It looks like it hasnt been cleaned in months. My grandson, age 2, left a hand print on the mirror. It was still there after the room was said to be cleaned. Mr Patel, the manager? has no respect for women. he has repeatedly called my granddaughter at work. He was yelling at his wife just a while ago and the staff is scared of him. I would imagine the turn over is tremendes. My granddaughter just came to my house and borrowed towels to give the kids a bath because he wouldnt give her any.

Roaches crawling on bed Had a roach in room. And the general refused to change rooms or do anything about a bug being in room. He simply stated “ we don’t have roaches “!and walked off. The deposit went from 50 to 100$ they are all about taking peoples money. Nasty place ran by people who don’t care. DONT STAY THERE!!!!! On top of all that the WiFi sucks really bad. It goes in and out. They have tweakers. Up at all time of the night!!!!

Not for light sleeper Not for light sleeper. Constant noise from the traffic. Reception not polite. Pros 1. Plenty of parking 2. Clean Cons 1. Noisy 2. When you shower the drain plug seems to be clogged, takes a while to run off.

Glad it was available on short notice, but..... Very Good: slept nice on good mattress, excellent flat screen TV OK: sheets, general remodeled condition of room, quietness of location, price including everything was $112 Crummy: vinyl floor everywhere, one thin tired blanket with no bed cover, bath towels so thin I wouldn't even use them to wash my car. Funny story, I took a picture of the two bath towels and two washcloths, and showed them to the front desk clerk. He says "I see two bath towels and two hand towels." - i say, "No, those are two wash cloths." Anyways, he did give me two more bath towels, just as thin as the originals. The better named places in the area were full up on a Monday afternoon, in late January! So it sure beats sleeping in your car!
