Great Stay on Isla Navidad This is our Go To place in Mexico, and as usual, it did not disappoint. There were 7 of us in our party, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the food is excellent and the setting can't be beat. We especially take advantage of going into Barra de Navidad to experience authentic Mexican culture.

Short stay, local vibe We arrived to a friendly greeting and our room was ready for us. The hotel had large rooms, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The water taxi across to Barra de Navidad made exploring the local town an adventure. The hotel needs a little TLC. A coat of paint could help dramatically, and there was some mildew in the room. The pool towels were probably the best part of the whole stay, so luxurious and plenty of seating around the pool I hope to stay again when the hotel gets a refresh!

The ideal choice in this region This is the ideal choice when selecting hotels in this area. A not to be missed destination. The staff is attentive to all details. The food exceptional. The hotel amenities complete with pools spa bar and luxury. We have stayed at this hotel for years.

The people made the place amazing The staff made a 4 star resort a 5 star experience. They were friendly, helpful, and fun. Gustavo, Ramon, Javier, and everyone else throughout the property were fantastic. We traveled as a couple, then met more friends halfway into our stay. Just a great place for all.

Expected more for my money Not what I expected for the rate I paid-all inclusive. The pool bar's hours are from 11am to 6pm when the pool closes at 8pm. Not coherent. And the only adults pool does not have any bar service. Once again not coherent. The personal did not serve me a drink because it was 10:58am and answered they didn't open until 11am. Horrible attitude. The workers just seem unhappy to work there. You don't get wifi in the rooms, only in the common areas. I didn't have a frigobar in my room so they took me a cooler with ice instead of giving me another room because I paid one with a frigobar. Disappointed because I expected more. Will not return, since there are better hotels that meet up to my expectations for less cost.
