Holiday Inn Club Vacations Sunset Cove Resort by IHG

Beautiful island beautiful resort! We have wanted to come to the Holiday Inn resort in Marco Island forever. It finally happened and the resort is so quiet and very beautiful. We had no issues at all. The resort is awesome. Great restaurants in the area. Nice beaches however we had a bunch of rain stay with us. Beautiful Island. Beautiful resort.

This is a very nice hotel, not a resort I really enjoy staying at HICV locations. Booked this one thinking it had all the amenities the others do. Restaurant, bar, tennis courts, small sundries shop, etc. Was very disappointed when checked in here. Albeit very nice rooms but it's a hotel. Period. Wouldn't recommend it if you really wanted a " redort" style location.

Shout out to Linda and the whole staff! Truly a great experience for a fam reunion. 5 star service, more than we expected. We had to travel to a family reunion in Naples, and HI Marco Island was one of the best priced properties available. It fit the whole family is 2 villas, and I am loyal to IHG so win win. The property exceeded our expectations. Room was clean and SO comfortable. The property itself was very quiet considering it was almost to capacity. The coffee in the lobby was really good! Shuttle to the beach was a perk we made a lot of use of, and i did not expect to. the driver and front desk were all so nice - helped us with our bags, offered us loaner chairs and were really quick when we needed to return. This was a huge time and money saver for such a small amenity fee. The pool is very small, but the pool and hot tub were clean. I guess people don't come to Marco Island for the resort because i did not find one hotel with an extravagant pool :) The Esplanade was a great spot for food and drinks - Mangos food was delicious. Winn Dixie - right downstairs! I think we will come to Naples again JUST for this hotel. Thank you to the shuttle driver (Sorry i dont know his name) and LINDA at the front desk for both going above and beyond for all of us.

Perfect Absolutely great place, located within walking distance of various restaurants and shops. Friendly no fuss check in, our apartment (201) was perfect, clean and great view. We had a large private terrace with outside furniture. We could not fault a single thing and will book again. Yes, at the moment there is painting/building work being carried out but you hardly notice and even the painters were friendly. We were also notified this before arriving. Thank you for our break.

FITHY DIRTY AND RUN DOWN Resort is so run down elevators were filthy. walk way to room was soo dirty and broken up. Was there 3 years ago was nice now they just don't care. stay away !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Complained and was told they would clean but they did nothing
