the best location for ones that love remote location Very nice place, location, remote. View on the Paradise Bay is unique. We had a premium room. It is very important to choose the right room. I would not be so happy if i would be in the first floor and the oposite site of hotel if you really like best view. Otherwise the location of hotel supports non croudy leisure time, nice food and services.

Nice hotel Really nice, family friendly hotel. Couple of pools, including a heated one plus a lovely access to the sea. Ok choice of meats, fish and salads for lunch and dinner, good vines and beer included. Breakfast ok, a bit more fruit would make it perfect. Overall all good and we would definitely come back if in Malta again.

Very nice stay The food, service and room were fantastic! The pools are large and clean, the staff are very nice. As we entered our room, we found it very clean and with a beautiful cleaning smell. Highly recommended! It is an ideal hotel for anyone with children since there is the games room and also swings.

Family of 4 staying off peak season. The family room was spacious and good ventilation with air con and fan. Beds were hard and water is non drinkable from tap. Full board gives access to breakfast, dinner and evening meal of which there was a good selection however variety minimal over 7 days. No food or drink to be taken out of canteen. Porto bar is excellent. I wouldnt say evening entertainment was family orientated. Hotel is clean and staff are helpful.

they dont seem to want to cater for the british we arrived at 11pm after being thrown about by the transfers company feeling really sick. we were given our card key and told it was the 3rd floor. after walking for what felt like miles (it wasn't) but it was the very end of the corridor at the very far end of the complex. we fell into bed after unpacking and having a cup of tea. it was uncomfortably hot with just a ceiling fan. the bed was hard and lumpy with just 1 hard lumpy pillow each. an uncomfortable nights sleep. we couldn't have a cup of tea next morning as we were only left 1 tea bag each and 4 sachets of milk. ( there was speciality tea/coffee ) we did get another pillow but that hard and lumpy as well. breakfast next morning was luke warm, no taste but enough, normally we would fill up and not eat till evening, that happened first 2 days, but the food just wasn't that good. as the weather was so hot we wanted to go to the whirlpool but for 3 days it was out of action as they were doing a clean, water was cold when it was refilled so was the outdoor pools. with the heat we thought the pool water would be warmish, but no. Everything on the Television was geared to germans. in fact the hotel seemed to just cater for Germans/italians/french or eastern block the hotel is dated, signs in the lift stated we could book the room till 6pm for a cost which is fair enough, but they showed a paper that said only if the room was available when we tried to book it, it should have stated it on the other notices as well. breakfast was moved to another room for 2 days but no signs to say where.. Paradise Bay has 4 stars yes, it does has a few facilities to make it that but rooms are dated but clean, housekeeping staff are really nice, so are the breakfast staff. it is walking distance to the ferry to Gozo. although the hotel was busy our money was as good as the other foreigners. but we were overlooked we found Malta for the first time back in March and wanted to return. we WOULD NOT stay here again we would stay at the Maritim in Mellieha.
