Great stay Nice hotel, easy to get to and close to lots of great restaurants. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a hotel in the area Easy access to 75. Only downside is you have to pay for parking $12/night and breakfast isn’t included. But still not bad compared to Atlanta hotels.

Disappointed I was t given a key to room which was an inconvenience. I had to be escorted to the room by another employee. The manager never addressed the issue. I was also told glasses were in the the room and when I called about them she said I could get them from bar but I didn't want to leave room because I had to wait to be escorted back.

Would not stay again Disappointed in my stay. The hotel is super rundown compared to other Hyatt properties. There is a $12 a day parking fee even though the hotel sits on its own property outside of the downtown area. There’s also a charge for breakfast which I’ve never incurred at any high properties. I have status with Hyatt and I love the benefits that come with it so I only stay at Hyatt properties so you can imagine my disappointment in this one compared to all the others I stay at. I am not going to leave a bad review, but I would not stay at this property again. I felt that it was a complete waste of my points

Quick Night Stay Great place to stay for the night with the kids. We’re very late for check in and Jason got us in and in our room quick. Room was nice and beds were comfy. Had a nice living room area that was separate from the bedroom and the bathroom was clean. 0 issues will definitely stay again if driving through

Birthday Weekend I have been staying here for years. In my opinion, the hotel rooms needs an update on the furniture in the rooms to be competitive in the area and with other hotels. The service was great from the bellman, and the front desk. As a World Hyatt Member I would have love to see a happy hour with food as I receive as a member with the Hilton and Marriott.
