Excellent stay Staff was very friendly and courteous. Allowed a late checkout as I was waiting for an appointment in the afternoon. Rooms are very clean and comfortable beds. Location is fantastic with many shopping and food option very close. Will be staying again in a few days on my return trip. Will always recommend!

Unsafe location Booked this hotel through 3rd party website called “Guest reservations” . Was told it was a Fairfield Inn, Went to check in and it was a cheap Quality Inn and they wanted to charge me an additional $100 not mentioned in reservation, for room damage deposit. A VERY SkETCHY location. No longer a nice Fairfield hotel. AVOID!!!

Inexpensive but poor stay This hotel has quality only in its name. The first night I had to change rooms after discovering bugs in my bed. I had prepaid, so I decided to remain at this hotel, but the entire stay was disappointing. The next night the fire alarm went off. Of course no one from the management informed us that it was a false alarm, it took numerous unanswered calls to the front desk to finally establish this. The front desk has some friendly employees but they are usually either busy in the back office or not very interested in responding to customer needs. Some guests hang out in the parking lot smoking and eating, others sit without a shirt on at breakfast and no one says anything. The room was also not as clean as it was in February during my last visit. I don’t like to give such poor reviews but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Convenient location, reasonable price, free internet, free parking, elevator My rating is based considering everything, including price. Location was good, close to the interstate and close to several fast food restaurants, with Walmart and other stores across the street. I always like to be at least 1 floor up, for security reasons, they were happy to accommodate my wishes. This was a quick trip and it fit the bill. Breakfast selection is somewhat limited. Pets aren't allowed except service dog, no smoking, which is helpful for people with allergies. It has an indoor pool and elevator.

Elevated Quality at Quality Inn This brand really varies--some are just awful and others are of a similar quality to more upscale flags. This one tends toward the latter. Inside corridors, an indoor pool, clean well appointed rooms (if on the small side), and the usual amenities. I experienced outstanding service from the general manager which made my stay. In short this hotel is equal in quality to a mid-level Comfort Inn, which is usually a more expensive stay than a Quality Inn, Recommended.
