Adequate Stayed here on a trip to NH to visit relatives. Had been driving for several hours, and it was time to put in for the night. As I named my review, place was adequate. Room was clean, beds were fine. I found the walls to be a bit thin as we could hear conversations in the next room. Breakfast menu was pretty limited, and I’m kind of a coffee snob, so I really didn’t care for the coffee. Won’t be staying again, but as I said twice, it was adequate.

They are wheelchair accessible We almost drove away as we approached the office and saw a stair to enter. The left side of the building has a ramp to enter the building. We found our room clean and quiet with a comfy bed. They have food delivery to the hotel and there are plenty of restaurants within a short distance. Quiet location, friendly helpful staff,

Terrible I've been here with my company for over a month, and I really can't wait for this area to be done, and GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE. Nothing has gone right since the start. Breakfast(was consistently late for the first week until I complained)consists of bagged frozen eggs, cold sausages, stale cereal, pancakes(bagged),and machine always glitches. I've been looking at a dirty breakfast line every day. The same pancake batter on a mat for a week. Disgusting. Found a diabetic syringe in the lobby bathroom too. Up over the sink. Housekeeping is LAZY and do the bare minimum. This last check-in did it....used soap in my room, and shower wasn't clean. Toilet had dry urine on it.Im Not complaining and hoping for changes anymore. Staff ARE friendly-especially the late night Spanish lady, she's a real sweetheart, but most are lazy. I've picked up numerous trash/coffee cups, and a Walker were discarded and left for 3 days-until I picked it up....I shouldn't have to. No one picks up. I wouldn't reccomend this place just yet. It does have potential. Needs either new management or new staff. Very disappointed especially when my boss is spending thousands of dollars since being here. By reading replies from management, it seems that it is robotic and monotone. The same line or close to it over and over but with no improvements. Not a happy hard-working customer.

Slept Well... Sleeping well is the most important thing & though the hotel was packed the night we stayed, it was very quiet & we slept well. We did get a requested Smoking Room ( Thank you)--which, its clearly stated that this hotel does offer--and while the room did not have ANY odors of smoke..it couldve been cleaner. One lampshade was stained & about to disintegrate, the coffeemaker was gross, the King size bed had a sheet that was too small & didn't fit the mattress, torn comforter & stains all over the small sofa/pull out bed. The entire room needed a deep clean & for $120+ /night...it wasn't worth it.

Horrible! 1. The site says non-smoking. It isn’t. Amazing for a Massachusetts hotel to offer smoking rooms. When you select a room, it shows smoking and non-smoking. FAIL! 2. The smell of smoke in the lobby is the tip-off and a sign in the lobby advises some roms are smoking. FAIL! 2. Two story hotel, no elevator. You have to carry your bags up stairs. FAIL! 3. I booked a non-smoking room. When I got there around 6 pm, the desk clerk offered me a smoking room on the 2nd Floor. DOUBLE FAIL! I requested they cancel my reservation with no penalty to me. I’ll check my credit card to make sure they did.
