Felt unsafe and violated While the hotel looks great, it is poorly ran. It took nearly 30 mins for my husband to get checked in at 7:30 at night. We were charged $50 for our dog. Thank god we had our dog, because he did what the staff didn't... And that is protect our privacy. At 10:30 at night a man claiming to have been given the very same room by the same front desk lady, entered our room while we lay sleeping. Seems funny... Sure until your think about the fact my dog could have felt the need to protect us by biting the man who entered our sleeping space as we lay naked. Or until you think about how embarrassed you'd be as a woman to go down to breakfast the next morning, only to run into the stranger who saw you naked the night before. So if you don't mind strangers seeing you naked for free... Stay here. Otherswise go next door to the Hampton inn

Quite good room: good breakfast (included) We were offered a room which was actually a Jr. suite due to the late arrival and our need for 2 queen beds. It was a very nice 2 room unit with a modern washroom. Breakfast was included and was very average, but the service was great. Wonderful staff!

Wedding Very nice accomodations. Room was a nice size and the bathroom/ shower was spacious. Stayed there two night for a wedding in Battle Creek. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. Hotel staff was very, very nice and froendly. Check-in and check- out was quick and efficient. Great place to stay.

Quiet, clean but rates are a bit high My wife and I stayed here on a Thursday through Sunday. The property is right off the Interstate but we found it surprisingly quiet: very little traffic noise got through, and our 3rd floor room faced the highway. We found the property clean and in good repair. Bathroom water temperature and pressure were good (though the toilet paper dispenser was a bit of a reach from the commode!). There is a small indoor pool. Morning breakfast was basic but quite acceptable: my wife (a Southern Girl through and through) said the biscuits and gravy was good. There is a Denny's and a gas station adjacent to the property. Really the only downside was that the room rate was a bit high for what we got. However we noted several group bookings during our stay which may have effected the rate (supply vs. demand).
