Awesome stay This is my second stay at the Hampton Inn in Marshall. It was another good stay. As some have mentioned, the hotel is a little dated. But it is kept up very well. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast was good. Your normal Hampton selection of hot and cold food items. I would definitely stay here again.

Good night stay! Room was clean and comfortable for a good nights sleep. Check in was fast. Young lady working desk was very helpful and nice. Lady working Saturday morning at checkout was not as friendly. Good stay. We would stay again when traveling in the Marshall, Texas area.

Nice stay in Marshall. Clean and efficient service. Hot breakfast options. Wifi was good wish there had been juice options but good waffle and sausage egg bagel. Easy access to Caddo State Park. New Starbucks up the road if hotel coffee isn’t your thing.

Could have been better The hotel is okay, but not great. Could use some renovations and touching up to make it better. The associate who was working the desk should have had some help...having to answer the phone and check-in guests is a little much for one person. Refrigerator in the room did not work...cosmetic issues to the walls and baseboards in the room.

Nice Hotel but needs a face lift... stayed here for one night when travelling. the hotel is the usual that you would expect from Hampton except it is showing its age. the room and hotel are very well maintained but can definitley use a spruce and this is the time for it... from the COVID prespective felt very safe and clean! the breakfast can have a bit more selection even though everything is single packed. also plenty of good places to eat nearby. overall decent stay if you're in the area but a little renovation would make it 5 stars
