Wonderful Stay Our check-in was quick and the front desk staff gave us a restaurant suggestion, The Jalapeno Tree. We had dinner there and it was really good! The hotel was very nice and we were told it had been remodeled. I appreciated that the breakfast area had several options and it was good! This is a great hotel!

Great motel This is absolutely the best value in Marshall Texas! Newly renovated to match any motel in this area. Friendly staff at the desk made us feel welcome and explained each option until we were confident in our choice. Very affordable and worth every penny.

Customer Service Save your money, book somewhere else. Staff giggled and hung up on me several times. Just not professional would not recommend. Very disappointed on how a Hotel can treat members. I rather book a Motel then stay here again.

Mixed review I really wanted to like this place! It seemed clean and it had great breakfast options. We had some problems, though. Our keys didn't work upon check in, so I went back downstairs to have the keys reset. When I entered the room, I walked in to find someone else's luggage. Back downstairs I went where I was assigned to a room on another floor. This new room had little TP, so I called downstairs. Maybe I misunderstood, but I thought some was being sent up. After over an hour, no one came, so I called again and was told I would have to go downstairs to get the TP myself. When we got back to our room on the second night, we found our keys didn't work yet again. A trip to the front desk found that they had been set to expire after only one night, not the two we were scheduled to stay. Thankfully, our luggage was still in the room! I admit that I was concerned. Back to the good, the pool area is nice. The breakfast omelets are very good and they seem to alternate between bacon and sausage. They have a pancake machine, too, as well as fruit, yogurt and bagels.

Save your money. Nasty. Says smoke free hotel but wreaks of cigarettes. And although Not the hotels fault- the guys out front smoking pot are an added bonus. Comforter had stains. Floor was nasty. I was supposed to get an “accessible room”- nah they overlooked that. We come here about 2x a year and not again to this establishment. I’m worried about my stuff being stolen quite frankly with the people outside tweaking.
