Great experience at this Holiday Inn express, love the pillowsGreat experience at this Holiday Inn express! Very nice Holiday Inn express in Marshfield, Missouri, big screen TV. Very, very comfortable beds, adequate size room, good lighting very quiet. Everything was clean. Breakfast was great. Overall our experience here was very good. I would definitely stay here again!

Business Without going into alot of detail keep your doors locked you never know who they will check in. It could even be your room! Put the sign on your door and lock it from the inside heat or air didn't work was changed rooms three times to accommodate however it should have been right the first time. Breakfast wasn't great but it was definitely breakfast. If i was forced to go back it would definitely be a different hotel for me. There was a major lack on customer service at this hotel maybe they realized they screwed up but at that point do you make it worse? I seriously felt uncomfortable wish I could have been able to rest and relax but received the complete opposite .

Not a good stay After driving almost 12 hours, I was looking forward to staying at, what I expected to be, a clean and comfortable hotel. Sadly after entering room 129, a peeling piece of ceiling caught my attention. Ok, I was willing to overlook it since it wasn't over the bed cause I was tired and wanted to shower and go to sleep. After getting into the shower, the mold around the bottom door and base was unbelievably gross After the quick shower I opened the bed covers and noticed the worn/pilled fitted sheet. This clearly was a neglected room and poorly managed hotel which was no where near the standards of the IHG brand. Side note, this was a rewards night stay and as a veteran, I've stayed in worse but

Good clean modern hotel We were passing through and needed a hotel for a one night stay. This hotel is very convenient to Route 44. Right off the highway yet quiet. Recently updated, rooms are clean and modern. Beds are comfortable. Staff is helpful and nice.

CLEAN COMFY STAY THIS HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN, UPDATED AND COMFORTABLE. THE STAFF WAS AMAZING. THE BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS CLEAN, HOT AND KEPT ON TOP OF. PROBABLY ONE OF THE BEST WE HAVE STAYED IN OUT OF OUR LAST 15 HOTELS.
