Nice overnight stay Clean hotel and room; staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds are very firm so that was difficult for a side sleeper but otherwise room was comfortable. Hot water gets VERY hot in the showers so be careful with little ones. Hotel is convenient to interstate.

not a fan of this hotel Main common areas such as the lobby, the halls and the elevators were old, dirty, ragged and unkept. The halls and common areas were uncomfortably hot and humid. Breakfast area was small, unkept, not stocked and nasty. Our room was nice size and clean; however, the sheets were thin and shabby. The bathroom was small and the shower had mold or mildew in it. There was great water pressure and the hot water was very hot which was nice. The digital key would not work on my door and I was told there were hardware problems with some of the doors. The hospitality from all staff was not bad but not good either, mostly just indifferent. I just wasn’t a fan of this hotel. It fell short of my Hilton property expectations.

Does not rate even 1/2 of one star!! I have never stayed in a Hampton Inn that honestly could not rate even a half star. First impression, ripped carpets, chipped walls, dented elevator walls. This property looks like it has been through a tornado. My recommendation would be for Hilton to pull the franchise. If this were the first Hampton Inn (and not the 21st) that I have stayed in, I would never stay in another. Then to top it all off—the cable software system is not working so it is impossible to select channels on the TV. Then the receptionist said I should fix it myself. Avoid this property like the plague.

The absolute worst place ever. Stay away. The absolute worst place I have ever had to stay in. The rooms are in desperate need of maintenance and repair. We originally were checked into room 442. That room had a horrible mildew stench. We asked to change rooms and were given room 355. This room was disgusting with pubic hairs and stains on the bed linens, no mattress pad on one of the beds, no box spring covers on either bed and the toilet seat was not secured. We asked to change rooms again and were given room 447. This room had chunks of the ceiling coming down, a missing cabinet door by the fridge, missing a cover by the AC so the electrical wiring was exposed as well as a gap between the AC unit and the wall. One of the beds again did not have a mattress pad, stains on the sheets, debris on the floor between the bed and the bathroom wall, the bathroom air vent was covered in dust and mildew, mildew in the shower and a chip in the bath tub. The carpet was ripped as well and there were 2 different covers on the beds (not matching). The pool had been closed for quite some time and the doorlock to the fitness center was dead. The fitness center itself was in deplorable state, one of the AC units not plugged in and the weight pull machine missing parts and not functioning. Jaime, the executive housekeeper, apologized but couldn’t really help the poor state of the building. I took pictures because I have never stayed in such a horrible Hilton before.

Horrible. I am very disappointed that this property belongs to the Hilton motel chain. This property should not be a hilton property. 100° and outdoor pool closed. Was not able to check-in until 6p. Shower faucet was broke. Breakfast was not cooked. Bacon was rubber and under cooked. I don't think the eggs were eggs? Lobby was dirty. Stains on sofa cushions in room. I am a gold member and have stayed at many Hilton properties and this is horrible.
