Wonderful stay Wanna Laugh????? I am 5 Feet short. The beds are high as fck.... The 1st night I tried to get on the bed and my children had to help me. We were laughing so hard. The next morning I asked front desk if they had a stool and they said no. While we were having breakfast one of the housekeepers had found one for me. The elevators make a weird noise and I made up a story for my teens that the dinosaur from the flintstones was on the roof working it and it was tired and that was the noise. lollll The room was a little small but we didn't spend enough time to really feel it. The hotel was very clean. The staff extra nice will go out of their way to help. The public transit is 2 steps away. 1 bus to the subway. The subway goes directly to Times Square. Breakfast is free and the options are good. With make your own waffles and hot choices. I will go back for sure.

Worst hotel I have stayed in a long time Noisy and poor service. Wouldn’t stay here again. The beds were super high and hard. Only reason I have two was the breakfast. Says airport but was still a $30 ride from airport to the hotel. Just too many negatives and only one positive.

Clean room and nice staff The hotel was clean and the staff were nice. The location was convenient for our work location. There is a great Irish pub a few blocks away with great food. The only drawback was the served breakfast at 7am which was to late for our work party. Should serve it at 6am like most other hotels...

Horrible service !!! This has been the worst experience EVER! Front desk staff along with the GM “Fran” was extremely unprofessional. We booked a room for my daughter using my husbands comfort reward points and when my daughter arrived was informed since she is his step daughter points could not be used! This is not in their policy that “step children can not use points. When speaking to the GM she was unwilling to give any help at all and would not give additional information. To speak to someone above her. Extremely rude and spoke over me the whole time. I would not waste your time staying here for the do not care about their customers at all!!

They gave my room key to someone else The clerk keyed a room card for my room and gave it to a new guest. It was 11:30pm and the new guest partially opened my hotel door (door opened, security latch was on). The clerk told me what happened but didn’t even apologize. The hotel then minimized their mistake. A guest has a right to privacy in their hotel room, and the hotel did NOTHING to try to make me feel safer or reassure me that it wouldn’t happen again. Yes, mistakes happen—but you have a responsibility to minimize their potential, learn from it so it can be avoided in the future, and make it right when it occurs.
