Poor Very poor. The room was dirty so we changed room but the other one was dirty also. Very sad that the spa had been closed for a long time and it wasnt written anywhere. The breakfast was not worth the extra cost. Not a 4 star hotel….. the room also smelled like smoke

Disappointed The restaurant was closed in the evening. The spa was awful. We stayed in there for a couple of minutes and our eyes and throats were stinging. The spa was the main reason we booked this hotel for the Christmas week. The staff was great and the room was satisfactory

Mrs This hotel is not 4 stars and smell very bad . No air conditioner we have open the window at night but is very noisy that we can’t sleep. The wardrobe is broken and the bed is moving when you sleep because the bed has not locked in the wheels. The breakfast is not good at all. Lot of shouting in the hotel.my not happy at all

Worst stay ever! Myself and my wife stayed at this hotel when I was on a business trip in Mataro from 29th sep'19 to 4th Oct'19, 1.If you want to hear your neighbouring room guest sneeze,talk or fart,you can book this hotel.Walls between rooms are that thin!! 2.If you would like to have the breakfast which looks like cooked on saturday for the whole week till friday serving the same repeated,boring,tasteless food,you can book this hotel. 3.If you want to have sleepless nights because some drunk guests in your neighbouring room come with his friends from other rooms to sing,make noise,play loud music from midnight and no action taken even after complaining to reception so many times,then you can book this hotel. 4.If your room has to look like it never cleaned even after the cleaner does her job then you can book this hotel. Pls do yourself a favour by not staying in this hotel when you are in Mataro,let my mistake can be lesson for others. These guys are not fit to be in hospitality industry!!

Really good hotel I really liked this hotel. Staff were great in telling you where to go and how to get there. Beds were comfy and the room was clean and well stocked. Nice wee private beaches 10 mins walk away and 20 mins on express but in to town.
