Perfect budget motel I was dubious about staying here after reading some of the other reviews. However I was nicely surprised. The hotel is clean and safe and the staff are friendly. Rooms are quite small by American standards but quite adequate. My room was serviced daily with fresh sheets and towels every day, something I haven’t experienced in years. Would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone who wants budget accommodation near Charlotte, Matthews or Monroe. Only one downside is breakfast which is a bit limited

Good Thank you for the stay ac runs good. Good breakfast quiet safe place. I will be coming back in the near future. Thank you for peaceful and relaxing stay. The bathroom was clean bed clean smells fresh....have a wonderful day...............n

Spend the $20 for a better place Lobby and elevator smelled very strongly of marijuana. Room was ok. The mirror head boards are extremely weird. We kept checking to see if they were two sided. Breakfast pulled at promptly 9:30a. Saw full plates of food being put back in fridge / freezer. Coffee wasn't even available and no coffee maker in room.

My stays keep getting better each week. Easy check in. Clean room and friendly staff. The towels are nice and thick and two out of three of my pillows were fluffy and soft. Enjoyed our stay. We have been there three weeks in a row and each week it gets a different star rating based on services.
