Beds So Comfortable, You May Not Leave Wonderful stay with the most comfortable beds you can imagine. I took a picture of the mattress tag so I could put them in my house. Front desk staff, breakfast, room itself, air conditioning, all top notch. Doesn't get any better than this.

Nice CLEAN Property for a quick stay Great! Very nice and clean. Seems recently remodeled/rebranded. Check in was pleasant and easy, great desk agent. King room was very large. AC strong. No smells or bugs. The bathroom fixtures (toilet, shower) looked worn and maybe should have been updated in remodel but they were clean and functional. Hallways and public areas similarly clean and tastefully decorated. This hotel has a swimming pool but I did not use it.

Bad Musty Smell. I have always had great experiences with Comfort Inn, I feel I am a loyal customer. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. We walked into the room and were immediately hit with a horrible musty smell. I do not feel I am overly picky, but something is wrong here. The smell comes close to a house that has been closed up for a long time, to give you an idea. The lady at the front counter was very sweet and let me check out a different room on a different floor, thinking maybe they had a water problem downstairs. Nope same upstairs as downstairs. I called Choice Hotels and they refunded my money and I checked out 30 min after getting there. I stayed at a different hotel in the area. I do appreciate Choice correcting the situation, and the clerk at the front desk. Happy Travels

DO NOT BOTHER If I could have I would have rated this hotel a zero. We arrived at night. We went in the first room the lights were on, garbage was sitting on the side of the dresser and bed was unmade. The manager went up to check the 2nd room came back said it was FINE. I go up open the door but CAN NOT CLOSE THE DOOR from the inside. I checked out and went next door to Hampton Inn where I generally stay. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

Outdated Musty and smelly My husband and I travel all over. Comfort Inn and Suites are usually our hotel of choice. They are generally very clean and well Maintained. This hotel does not meet the standards of Comfort Inn and Suites at all. The halls look and feel dirty and outdated. I know that due to COVID-19 most hotels are not allowing pools to be open but their pool was not even maintained. It had 1/3 of the water in it and it was green and gross. The room was so musty smelling it made me ill. We got one room and the window looked out at an old Deerfield inn that is being renovated. It smelled so we got a different room but we had to downgrade from a king suite to a double to do that and it smelled also. Both rooms the carpet was dirty and it just smelled musty and wet. The tub in the room we stayed in was not clean. It had “hairs” in the bottom of the tub. The bed was clean and comfortable though. The highway noise is very apparent. It sounded like people were drag racing all night. I would not recommend this hotel. Especially if you have allergies. I left this morning with a headache and sinus congestion due to the musty smell.
