Good customer service and nice property This hotel is very close to the Harrisburg in case you want to do some activities. close to stores etc. the only thing i did not like was the gym, needs to be replaced.

Great hotel! The hotel itself was very nice and I would highly recommend. The only issue we had was someone trying to get into our room at 11:30 at night, apparently having the wrong room. I know this wasn’t the hotels fault, so I’m not going to hold it against them.

Mini Family vacation It was a pleasant stay, staff were very nice. Pretty Convenient location to theme park and close to supermarket etc.We had no issues with our rooms. Breakfast area very clean and options were very good especially when traveling with a group.

Very Positive Experience Great value for the price. The lobby and room were clean. The staff was consistently friendly and for folks traveling with their dog, there was alot of open space to walk around (and I saw no dog poop on the grounds). I will definitely stay here again.

Cheap for a reason The room was not clean. Hair in the tub, a clump of hair on the rug, dirty bedspread, multiple broken lamps, line through the TV etc. Dead bugs all around the water fountain in the lobby. Place reeked of weed. Floors of elevator never clean, always coffee or stains etc. on them. Breakfast mediocre at best. No response to email I sent to the GM.
