Great Place to Stay! Have to give a shout out to Yvette at the front desk! She was awesome! Friendly, positive attitude and great customer service. Early check-in available. Room was clean and spacious. Nice TV, refrigerator, and sofa. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good hotel, location and price We are Hilton hotel gold members and have stayed at many locations along the east coast. Smaller property but with the same personal touch and good rooms, towels and care as larger properties. Not very busy on our 1 night, and very quiet. Light and hot breakfast buffet with the usual items. Well worth trying.

Excellent customer service.. I am a Diamond member. I have the opportunity to stay at a lot of Hotels. But the hospitality, and professionalism that I receive from Mr. Hite at the Hampton Inn on Mechanicsville Turnpike in Richmond, Virginia is impeccable. He goes over and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. He is the reason I stay at this hotel everytime I come into town. Mr. Hite keep moving in excellence.

Virginia Visit Nice Hampton Inn overall. Property was just renovated Some pros. Good area, Nice staff. Seemed to be hard working. Rooms are clean and quiet. One side of hotel backs up to the highway and there was minimal noise. Did not bother me but my friend said she noticed it. Some cons were. Renovations are shoddy and cheap. My room door was very stiff. Also AC systems were in poor shape. One room the wall controlled it and another room the unit controlled it. My friend had trouble with hers and had to call the front desk. I had to ask the about my room door as well. Attendant Hai came right away and was awesome in fixing the problem. He is definitely an asset to the hotel. Very hard working. He said he knows everything about the hotel. Breakfast was adequate but general seating area was too small in my opinion. Tv also lacking in terrms of channels a bit disappointing. Overall a good place for a night or two.
