Still haven't been refunded my deposit after being lied to by front desk at check in I'm so mad the person at the counter that checked me in straight up lied to me and told me that I would get my $75 dollar deposit back in the morning at check out the day is almost over now and they still haven't sent it to my bank or refunded it on my card

2 thumbs up! This place is great! I’ve stayed at multiple hotels in Medford and this is by far my favorite for the price. It nice, comfy, great shower and good breakfast. The rooms were clean and quiet. You can even open up the windows for some fresh air. I’ll be staying again soon.

3 stars due to dirty floors and noisy room I picked this hotel due to close location to highway, restaurants and shops and price range. Check in was fine with no problems other than the unexpected double room rate ( deposit) which I’m still waiting to be reimbursed. I had asked for a quiet room as I am a very light sleeper and was assured that I had one (315) on first inspection the room was nice and clean, wooden floors and nice white bedspread. Comfy bed nice TV fridge microwave etc. I decided to have a bath but had to ask reception how the hell the tap worked, it was a mystery and after staying in 100+ hotels I had never encountered this type of tap before ( pull the whole mechanism away from the wall and turn), anyway after that embarrassing chat I ran a beautiful hot bath, all good. A hundred channels on the tv but no way to see what was on except by scrolling through individual channels, no biggie. Eventually decided to go to sleep, closed blinds etc turned off lights to be greeted by the continual gurgling and rumbling of the fridge… jjjjj bububub,,jjjj,bububub,grrrrr,shwoooshhh,bububub. I opened it and turned it from 6 to 1 and that shut the bloody thing up. Then it was the constant traffic outside, luckily for me I was still jet lagged and tired after driving from Los Angeles so managed to drift off. Next morning I got up and got dressed for breakfast, put on clean clothes and went down ( this will become apparent). Breakfast was basic but not bad, there is a small seating area enough for about 12 ish people. Scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, waffles yoghurt cereal apples coffee juice muffins. It was enough to keep you going for a couple of hours and was fresh enough. I got back to my room and started to get ready for departure. I took my shoes off out of habit and sorted myself out having a shave, packing etc. when ready to leave I went to put m6 shoes back on and noticed the bottom of my white socks were black, I took them off and saw the soles off my feet were also filthy. The only place I would have picked up that dirt was off the floor room. Gross. I went to che k out, the older lady was pleasant enough but seemed a bit uninterested. Check out was quick and I was away. There are several eateries close by literally steps away. There is a large supermarket over the road which although is a bit dingy, sells everything. The local mall is also a very short 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk away. So only 3 stars due to the noise and dirty floor.

Not worth it!!!!!!! The floors were so dirty my feet were black after stepping out of the shower. There is no channel guide for the tv. The first day i stayed, i was late to breakfast (i didn’t realize it ended at 9:00 and i was down at 9:30), so there was nothing left. Ok, understandable. The next morning, i was down at 8:20, but there was still nothing left, save for two sausages. I asked if they could make a little more eggs, but apparently “it was too close to end of breakfast to make more.” At that point i just checked out and am currently looking for somewhere else to stay.

Just what I needed Simple room, but exactly what we needed for a one-night stay: close to the airport, transportation to and from airport, friendly staff and manager/owner. Clean room. Priced right. They are in the process of renovating and which will make it even better.
